Located in a quiet residence, with private parking, close to the TGV station and the city center, close to all shops including a "Tartapain", you will be assured of a comfortable stay in a bright studio (22m2), 2nd floor, with elevator. Your rental includes an entrance, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen. Close to the Mathurin Méheut Museum, the stud farm, the collegiate church, and 15 minutes from the beaches, within reach of Caps Fréhel and Erquy.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Welcome to La Longère! The La Longère gîte, with a capacity of 4 people, is located in an old Breton farm near the city center of Lamballe, a pretty town between land and sea in the Côtes d'Armor. The name "La Longère" refers to the building, 52 meters long, in which the cottage is located. It has been occupied by our family for 3 generations and we have many memories there that are precious to us.

(There is a small dog in the main house but cannot access the accommodation as the terrace is closed.)
