Best place to stay if you like to go walking to find tons of great restaurants and bars. Very close to supermarket options, pharmacy, and basic supplies. The flat is located in one of the trendiest districts of Asuncion. Highly recommended!

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos no Airbnb do Mauro e gostamos demais, ficamos impressionados com a limpeza e com a vista da varanda. Tudo impecável e o pôr do sol é de tirar o fôlego. Fomos para resolver documentações e foi ótima a localização para o que precisamos, relativamente perto do centro e dos shoppings. O Wi-Fi é ótimo, o ar condicionado funciona para frio e quente. Ficamos muito feliz e satisfeitos com a hospedagem e recomendamos.

El lugar es impecable, me encantó y sin duda volvería. Todo estaba súper lindo y bien cuidado. Sin embargo, la casera no fue muy amigable, no daba instrucciones claras y no respondía los mensajes. A pesar de eso, la experiencia en general fue buena.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement! Het is ruim en stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De twee slaapkamers zijn comfortabel met heerlijke bedden, en de woonkamer is licht en gezellig. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en het gehele appartement is voorzien van per kamer inregelbare centrale airconditioning waardoor het er altijd aangenaam is. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host uitstekend – snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie zit echt op een top locatie waarbij je in een hele goede, veilige en rustige buurt van de stad zit, maar toch op loopafstand van de mooiste winkelcentra en goede restaurants. Ook met de auto is het heel goed te bereiken en makkelijk parkeren. We voelden ons hier meteen thuis en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader! Dit betreft overigens een van de weinige opties op Airbnb die met zijn ruime opzet ook uitstekend geschikt is voor langere verblijven.

El dpto es hermoso , tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos , la ubicación es excelente. A muy poca distancia de centros comerciales y restaurantes. Paola estuvo en contacto y atenta durante nuestra estadía. Siempre respondió rápidamente. Recomiendo su espacio sin dudas , nosotros volveremos pronto !

It was a seamless stay. Nice apartment in a quiet nice area, not far from a mall. There were a few small issues, but Glen's staff quickly remedied it. He's a really nice guy, and made me feel welcomed I would stay again.

The apartment is fantastic, it has all the amenities and the location is perfect.

I had an excellent experience during my one-week stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

El lugar y el dpto es súper recomendable ya que cuenta con lo publicado, es un lugar seguro, tranquilo, cerca de shopping Mi estadía fue muy lindo por eso no dudo en volver….si bien cada uno requiere cosas distintas Rubén es super atento y eso es importante para satisfacer algunas necesidades que surjan de sus huéspedes. Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.
