Outside is a beautiful swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. A full solar panel system is installed. Shelley Point has a 9 hole golf course.

Both the house and the apartment offer lovely sea views. The house and apartment is built on the rocks, with a small gate separating it from the sea.
