Shell Cottage is a traditional fishermen's dwelling set directly on the waterfront in a traffic-free zone in atmospheric Mousehole harbour. Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. Lowen's Cottage is a beautifully appointed & extensively renovated cottage nestled a stone's throw from the iconic Mousehole Harbour. Tucked away on the corner of Duck Street in the centre of the village, the cottage has off-street private parking for one car & space for an outdoor bistro table & chairs. There are designer touches across all 3 floors, including Tom Raffield lighting & Ercol furniture. It is characterful & cosy, yet modern & stylish. Well behaved four-legged friends are welcome.

Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Amazing Beach front location! Sea views from Master Bedroom and Sitting Room, Wood Burner.Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and watch fabulous sunsets from the bedroom window.The cottage is an 1850s former Post Office , which retains some original features ,such an the huge granite fire place. It has a warm and cozy feel and has been finished and equipped to a high specification. Spot the seals playing,take a boat trip or investigate the paddle rock pool. A very special place!
