I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

A cabin with an attractive natural design, located at the foot of Lican Hill and on the shore of the San José estuary, located 10 minutes from the town of San José de Maipo. It has a terrace under a grape arbor and another place with a grill. A swimming pool with estuary water (not transparent). A double bedroom, a bedroom with a desk, a bathroom, and a loft with a futon. Ideal for couples who want to experience silence and tranquility in nature.

We loved the stay! The apartment is very good, very clean and complete, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The price was also excellent for the quality offered. The only minor negative note was that it was not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible, which would have helped our logistics a little. Even so, it was a very good experience and we gladly recommend it!

Beautiful place, the cabin, Maria Teresa super attentive and always responded quickly. He came out to look for us and left us bread with avocado and eggs and coffee for breakfast. Also the stove filled with paraffin. Very peaceful there, no noise, no one around, the bed is super comfortable and everything is clean. What can I say about how cute everything is inside, the kitchen, adorable! Everything you need to stay there and relax.😊 Most likely we'll be back

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a delight, very strong and hot. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.
