Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter.

Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Enter into the living/kitchen area with a comfy sleeper sofa to relax in front of the wood burning fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen is complete with stove and oven, refrigerator and all your basics. Walk into the bedroom with a queen size bed and rocker. Curl up with a book and listen to the brook babble by the cabin.
