Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Great apartment to use as a base for a few days. Oxwich Bay and Rhosilli beaches 30-40 min drive. Orchard Street NCP only £6.95 for 24hrs and a 5 min walk from apartment. Marina 10 min walk. Handy having the Albert Hall food hall and bar next door. Great food and atmosphere in there.

The place is as described in the listings. The location is convenient as it’s situated in between the Swansea station and the city centre. We can easily walk and ride the bus to Rhosilli from the bus stop at the city centre. The only comment is that the bedroom doesn’t have a window but there’s no issue with that as you can chill at the living room since the area is big!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Very close to many restaurants and in a peaceful area of the city. The apartment had everything you could ever need and was very clean and tidy. Lovely touch with the welcome Welsh cakes and overall had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend and will be back one day for sure.
