Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. It consists of 6 bedrooms (four with 140 bed, one with 2 beds in 90, one with a sofa bed in 140), an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Guests can enjoy a garden of 2000 m2, a garden furniture and private parking. Quiet !
