The house is located in the center of Kuah Town, close to the Dayang Bay Hotel and Teow Soon Huat Duty Free Mall. There is a 7-11 and 24-hour supermarket 100 meters downstairs. It is close to local Chinese restaurants. There is free parking in the neighborhood, suitable for guests driving to the airport. The apartment is about 20 minutes from the airport, about 10 minutes from Eagle Square, and about 30 minutes from Cenang Beach.

A 5-10 minute walk will take you to many tourist areas, including Pantai Cenang beach (around 5 minutes). You will find a range of watersports, restaurants, beach bars, duty-free shops/shopping malls, tour desks, ATMs, massage places, and many gift shops.
