Very clean place and good for 4 people. New building, nice view and wrap around balcony. Across metro town mall so very convenient. Very well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee and tea. Both Coco and Carrie were very kind, nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Vancouver. If I may suggest - hooks behind bedrooms/bathroom doors, full length mirror and some extra plates, teaspoons. Thanks Carrie and Coco for making our stay so pleasant!

The room was clean, neat and quiet. During my stay in the room I was able to sleep and rest.

The hosts were amazing. They were very kind and warm hosts. I got several tips regarding restaurants and places to visit. They made me feel welcomed. Room was nicr, bathroom with shower attached to the room was also very nice. Neighborhood was pretty convenient and safe. I was close to decent Asian restaurants and the skyline, which saved me a lot of money. I did not feel unsafe to walk at night, although my commutes were mostly between 7am to 8pm, where there were other pedestrians walking also. Its close to vancouver and close to the central park if you are a jogger. Would definitely stay here again if I need to come back to the city.

Great location and a clean, cosy apartment. It's an easy, short walk to the metro town sky train and the mall, and there are a few great restaurants by the apartment complex.

Andy was very responsive, made sure I was helped whenever needed. There was no pressing iron in the unit, but as soon as I asked for it, it got delivered. Thank you. The unit is in a prime location in Surrey, close to bus stops and other amenities. I enjoyed my stay and I will be staying there again whenever I am in town.

This has been a pleasant stay in Metrotown. This apartment is located right across from the mall, walkable distance for both shopping and food. The balcony is beautiful as I got to enjoy the sunset every day. Coco has been a great host. She was able to accommodate our check-in/check-out times (due to our flight schedules). The apartment has everything necessary. Live like a Vancouver local and you only need your own suitcase to start this experience. Everything from cooking oil, coffee capsules, extra beddings, towels, shampoo/conditioner, to wash/dry are all in unit.

Peaceful location on Birch Bay. Quiet community, pleasant walks available. We weren’t on vacation so didn’t have an opportunity to see many of the local sights but Teri was very communicative and friendly. Likely an excellent location for a summer getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Wish we’d had more time. Our kids loved the indoor pool, and we had fun exploring the local area!

This Airbnb was exactly how it looked if not Better in person. I Appreciate how helpful and accomodating the hosts were. Any questions we had, they were super responsive. I loved the home. It was VERY Clean. Slept like babies. Even the Kids Bunk beds had some comfortable Mattresses. 😂😍 This Home was Amazing and Especially for the price. Area is a bit Expensive but this was the PERFECT deal/bang for your buck. I would highly recommend! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING US.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Modern, clean, better equipped than most. Close to restaurants and the beach. Great area for dogs just outside the door. Responsive host.

This was our first time visiting Birch Bay—and now we’re dreaming of moving here! ❤️ From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed. The condo is beautifully decorated—fresh, airy, and tastefully styled without feeling cluttered. It’s also incredibly well-stocked and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home, even better!! The beach is just steps across the street, where we enjoyed some of the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve seen in weeks. We were lucky enough to spot whales spouting and gliding through the water, graceful herons, and even a majestic bald eagle flying by. Truly a little slice of heaven. Thank you to our wonderful hosts—you’ve created such a special place, and your guests are lucky to experience it!

June, 2025. We had a wonderful stay at the Birch Bay Condo. Great location to explore the area. Restaurants, pubs, scenic drives all close and easily accessible. Enjoyed our daily walks on the beach at low and high tide and loved the sunsets from the beach or the condo balcony! The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Had the pleasure of meeting Mike and his wife at the Farmers Market in Birch Bay. If you stop in, get their honey, it’s delicious!! Highly recommend!

This little condo in Birch Bay was just what we needed to relax and refresh on our trip. Light, bright and spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower and excellent kitchen right across the street from the beach. We definitely hope to stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful location! You have water views of the Bay in the front and a creek from the back balcony. Easy to access and great communication made for a very seamless stay! I would definitely come back.

We booked your place 3 times back to back. We came up from California to work & your place did not disappoint. Felt just at home with your bbq & stove as we did alot of cooking there. Beach was is a 2 minute walk where we stayed out passed sunset & enjoyed the fire pits available. We also loved the indoor pool & spa & used it as we were able too. Over all we are happy to have found a place like yours! thanks for the hospitality

Great location & Super convenient, just opposite to metrotown skytrain. This one bedroom condo unit is spacious for its size and good layout. Nice cafes, quick food restaurants and even Thai massage, all shops within 5-10 min walk and u will get whatever u want. The space is reasonable maintained in good condition with all necessary amenities.

Loved this condo with a nice partial ocean view! Quiet place and walking distance to a couple restaurants, and a pathway along the ocean shore. Beautiful sunsets this weekend. Clean place with beach decor. Happy to have some pantry items(sugar/spices/salt/pepper/olive oil) available since we didn’t bring any. Overall well stocked kitchen. Had a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. The upstairs loft bedroom have windows without blinds so bring a sleep mask if you will want to sleep in. We slept fine and wake up early anyways. But the windows are nice in the daytime to add light to the condo. I hope to spend more time here next time and enjoy all the amenities! Excellent responses to questions! Loved this gem!!

The room is MUCH bigger than I expected. This is essentially a hotel that you check into. But the room was nice, big, and the kitchen is fully stocked with nice cooking equipment. You will need to pack spaces, cooking oil, and foil/Saran wrap.
