The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Really lovely flat. Had a great stay. Minor issues in the beginning working out where we were going and where the car park was but that was us just not knowing the area. Would recommend.

To pass a.moment for two, quiet with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ABOVE ALL the views are magnificent without any vis-à-vis. Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

The location was great! It was so close to the city center, and everything was within walking distance.

This stay will make it so easy to enjoy all the town has to offer.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

Le Pressoir was a fantastic location for a chilled family break. The property itself was lovely - spacious, light, nice interiors, well appointed and exactly as per the description. The owners had thought of everything - not only the basics like plenty of crockery and cutlery but also thoughtful touches such as charcoal for the barbeque, pool accessories etc. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There was an added bonus of young foals in the adjacent field which the kids loved. The pool was gated, warm and well-maintained. The only slight drawback for us was that you need to drive to get to decent sized local supermarket and/or restaurants to eat out but we knew this beforehand. All in all we would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our time. There was a hiccup with check in and Jean was incredibly responsive in helping us navigate a locked gate and gain access to the house. We had heavy wind one day while we were away from the house and Jean reached out promptly to provide us instruction on the use of the shutters (which is a new house item for us). We loved the walk to the English Channel, the quietness of the street, and the cute bakeries in town. Very quaint, and about 35-60 minutes from all D-day attractions. Only thing that was odd to us was the room on the lower level had a smaller bed than the upstairs. My wife and I didn’t realize this until after our kids settled in. It was our oversight-but thought I would mention. We highly recommend! It was excellent!

We had a great weekend at Nicolas' cottage! The house is really spacious and very pleasant to live in. Nicolas came to welcome us and show us around the house. We really appreciated the little attention to our dog (bowl available and suggestion of walks!). We slept very well, in the quiet of the countryside. Very nice property for a great stay with family. Very good bedding and very good amenities and nice layout of the house. The pool at 28° was really a plus. This place is really to be recommended and Delphine always very responsive. This place is halfway between the city and the harbor and anything can be done on foot. Finally, nothing to say about our long weekend, than happiness. A big thank you to Delphine.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
