Idéalement pour deux personnes, elle peut malgré tout accueillir deux autres personnes avec son canapé convertible et son matelas confortable. En période estivale, des sorties vous sont proposées, VTT, canoë, paddel (sur eau), balade à moto, marche, pêche, visite châteaux, n'hésitez pas à me consulter. Chateaudun, Châteaux, rivières, forêts, étangs, centre nautique accessibles en moins de 10min....

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Ce gîte, selon les voyageurs est "un havre de paix" idéal pour les séjours en famille, les retrouvailles entre amis mais également pour les professionnels (Internet fibre et Wifi). Et en période de canicule le gîte reste frais !

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
