Villa close to beaches and port (50 m).

My villa is close to the beach, port (50 m) and restaurants with a lovely view overlooking the sea and the port. Its excellent southern exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind, which makes it possible to have lunch very often outside on the plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Down below is the Ker Nelly garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.

Come and discover the wild peninsula located between Paimpol and Tréguier. Stay in our house close to the shops of the village of Pleubian. The GR34 runs along our town bordered by beaches and there are many ideas for outings (Bréhat Island, Perros Guirec, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Plougrescant Gouffre, the Talbert Furrow, a geological site unique in Europe).
