Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

Tin Terra Cabin in Amish Paradise with Steam Sauna

Tin Terra Cabin (TTC) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. TTC is an artful rendering of home using the character and patina of old barn tin and boards accented with the elegance of finely crafted local woods including cherry, red oak, hickory and black walnut. Once inside a feeling of marvel and serenity are sure to help in making heartfelt memories. We are six miles from the attractions of "Viroqua hip" yet nestled in the plain and slow of the Amish with roadside stands cascading produce and pie!

Tranquility & Vistas on the Farm in the Guest Barn

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

Larsen Farm Secluded Farmhouse with Hotub

Secluded farmhouse with glass hot tub room 600 acres of private trails to hike and explore the cave. Bring your UTV and ride the trails for $30 per driver and $10 per passenger or rent a UTV for $300. Close to trout fishing stream or Mississippi for fishing. Approx 15 miles from Prairie Du Chein, close to canoeing for the Kickapoo, Wisconsin river. Has a gas & charcoal grill, pool table, firepit, Smart TV. You can come and enjoy the surrounding areas if you want, but you can also just come and spend the entire time away from the outside world. It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to just unwind.
