The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Access to the 3 Vallées ski area via the Orelle "3 Vallées Express" cable car (35/40 min drive) and access to Val d'Isère (in summer) via the Col de l'Iseran.

Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. My place is close to the slopes and cable car, not far from the center of Lanslevillard (400 m) but quiet. Swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, children's club and daycare as well as the ESF nearby. Ideal for families... In a 3-star tourist residence, you can enjoy the gym and saunas. Cleaning done by tenants, we do not provide sheets and duvet covers but it is possible to rent them at the agency, Wi-Fi in the apartment.

I offer a very nice refurbished apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the property to reach the various ski resorts near the latter. The apartment is located in the city center of Modane in a very quiet area. It is also located on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. Nearby you have a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a supermarket but also within a 10-15 minute walk, the train station.
