(Trop petit pour accepter les animaux) Petit cocooning avec bonne literie, draps et serviettes fournis et boissons disponibles. Idéal pour cibler la vallée de la Gordolasque (refuge de Nice/refuge des Merveilles) et autres balades en Vésubie/Valdeblore.

Appartement climatisé entièrement équipé à 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice et de ses plages, dans la vallée de la Vésubie, aux portes du parc national du Mercantour, de la route des grandes Alpes, avec de nombreuses activités de plein air et sites d'intérêt à proximité. Vous avez un Carrefour Market ouvert 7J/7 et une station service 24H/24 à 10 minutes du logement en voiture. Le premier restaurant est au centre du village à 5 minutes en voiture, je peux vous y réserver une table.

Sheets and towels are provided, along with a few coffee capsules to get you started and, as always, a welcome bottle.

My accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. Full south, not overlooked, Parking nearby. The village opens its Mercantour hikes to you. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House Rules, Inventory on departure. Keys given by me. Clean air and Nature: Dare to Adventure!

Cuisine équipée ouverte sur séjour avec balcon, salle d’eau moderne, WC séparés et petite chambre avec vrai lit. Idéal pour profiter des randonnées et du calme de l’arrière-pays niçois. Appartement situé dans un village vivant avec restaurant à proximité immédiate (un peu de bruit et d’odeurs de cuisine possibles selon les horaires). 1er étage sans ascenseur. Attention : Quelques marches pour accéder au lit.

A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
