Apartment holiday rentals in Lapad

Everything was pretty much perfect except for the LOTS of stairs to pull our luggage up from the street. But we had excellent Croatian helpers who were strangers that saw us struggling and just jumped in and helped us. The location could not have been better and Boris helped us with cabs and directions. 1000% recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ana and Eugen’s place in Dubrovnik. They are a lovely couple who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made a real difference to our trip. The house is ideally located, just a short walk from the Old Town, the ferry terminal, and other key spots in the city. Ana and Eugen also shared excellent local tips that helped us explore Dubrovnik with ease. The views from the house are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. If you are looking for a peaceful and well-situated base in Dubrovnik, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you again, Ana and Eugen, for such a memorable stay!

Nora welcomed us warmly. She gave us great tips on restaurants closeby, where the grocery store is, and where to catch public transportation. Her place was modern, immaculate and complete with everything we needed. There were ample supplies of toiletries and detergent. And the kitchen had all the basic condiments that you can think of. The location is very safe even in the evenings, and it is close to everything. The port, the bus stops, where to catch a taxi or Bolt and Uber. It is a stone throw away from the Promenade, the beach, and the mall. Most of all, the communication was great. Nora and Petra were always available for any questions that we had and their response were immediate. We would surely recommend this place to family and friends. And we would not hesitate to stay there again. It was our home away from home during our stay in Lapad. Thank you Nora and Petra! You helped make our experience in Lapad/ Dubrovnik very pleasant.

햇빛이 이쁘게 거실로 들어오면서 아침에 일어나서 의자에 앉아서 행복하게 두브로브니크에서의 하루를 시작할수있었습니다 :) 숙소도 너무 청결할뿐만 아니라, 집에서 매일매일 밥해먹고싶을만큼 부엌에 도구들이 너무나도 잘 구비되어 있었어요! 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 한결같이 친절하게 모든걸 알려주던 집주인도 너무 감사드리고 무엇보다도 비치타올센스 장난아니었습니당 다음에 또 오게된다면 무조건 여기로 또 올꺼에요!!

O local é excelente, próximo a mercador, transporte e a Marina de Dubrovnik. O apartamento estava impecável. A Sandra nos ajudou com todas as informações do local. O lugar vale a pena!

Loved my stay! As a woman traveling alone for work, I felt very safe in Marija’s neighborhood. The apartment was quiet and had everything I needed. Beautiful patio with some friendly kitty visitors. Short walk to Sunset beach and the promenade. On the way back from the promenade you do need to walk up a lot of stairs (as is true of most of Dubrovnik) but I enjoyed the challenge. Convenient to catch an Uber if needed.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique ! Le logement est bien placé (20-25 minutes de marche jusque la vieille ville) et propre. Hôtes très gentils et accueillants. Je recommande !

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of amenities provided - extra towels and toiletries. Also it was very clean. The location is close enough to old town in an Uber or taxi (roughly a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend and would love to return again!

What a lovely spacious apartment, with an extraordinary view of the Adriatic sea and the surrounding mountainview/ hilltops/ town of Dubrovnick from the huge balcony! ( especially in the evening ) Well equiped. Comfortable beds and sofas. Huge collection of books in several languages. Nice quiet area. 5 minute walk to the bus stop which gets you to the Old Town. 5 minute walk to many restaurants / pubs down along the beautiful the bay, and along the promenade. Ana was there upon arrival to greet us, and even took our 2 suitcases up the stairs to the apartment. Assistance / information was available , and response time was rapid! ( Eg: questions about the apartment, transportation , or how to get from A to B . ) Ana is an excellent host..and we felt very safe and welcome . Would not hesitate to reserve again. I wish we had reserved for a longer stay!

Ivo’s apartment was beautiful. A little haven with the most beautiful view of the sea and sun sets from the balcony. It felt very safe and clean and perfect for two. Lapad bay has amazing swimming and it’s nice to be out of the bustle of old town.For local’s bars we went away from sunset beach as the nearby bars were more geared up for tourists. But there is plenty of choice and a really nice little fish bar nearby. The apartment has a neighbouring one on the same level and another above but there is really no noise disturbance at all. All you can hear is the sea lapping. We also saw some beautiful thunder storms across the bay which were spectacular. Swimming is literally at the bottom of the steps and the kitchen has everything you need to make a really nice meal or two. There’s a bar just a minute or two along the beach. Ivo was incredibly helpful, interesting, full of information about what we could do and dubrovnik’s history. He made everything so easy and couldn’t have done more

Super dejlig Airbnb, trukket lidt væk fra de sædvanlige turiststeder. Lejligheden er virkelig hyggelig, en lille intim lejlighed med mulighed for at sidde udenfor og nyde sin mad. Roberto var utrolig imødekommende og venlig, han havde sørget for vand i køleskabet til jer kom og jeg fik lov at checke ind lidt før. Jeg var MEGET glad for at bo i lejligheden, og ville gerne have brugt lidt ekstra dage der, men der var desværre optaget.

Valerija’s apartment is a great place to stay for a visit to beautiful Dubrovnik. It is well situated in a neighborhood near but not inside the enchanting and crowded center of the city, and we were thankful each time we Uber’d into the center (quick $6US ride) that we would have this quiet, peaceful place to enjoy when we’d had enough of the crowds. The design is beautiful: efficient and comfy for 2 couples, an amazing private patio overlooking the water and marina and hills beyond, 2 generously sized bedrooms & baths, a nice sitting area, and a small fully equipped kitchen. There are grocery stores, museums, fabulous restaurants, walking trails and beaches nearby. A much appreciated bonus was being met at the ferry terminal by kind and welcoming Zoran, who took care of our suitcases and delivered us to the apartment where warm, friendly Valerija provided a quick intro to the apt. We 4 travelers treasured our stay here; you will too.

This Airbnb is a lovely oasis. The garden surrounds and courtyard (and outdoor lounge chair) space is tranquil, quiet and surrounded by lush garden. The apartment was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. Host were very friendly and responsive. This place is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to old town. The buses run frequently. It’s close (5-10 minute walk) to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. I also found a laundromat that would wash and dry a full load of clothes for me for 20euro only a 15minute walk away. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We loved our stay at Toni’s apartment. One of the most important things for us was secure parking for our motorbike. The car park was gated which was perfect. The old town, restaurants and beaches were all within walking distance and the balcony had a beautiful view across the bay. The apartment had everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. Toni gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment and also quickly responded to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend Toni’s apartment as a base for discovering Dubrovnik and we would be very happy to stay there again. Thank you Toni for your hospitality.

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf zowel een ruim terras - met eettafel én ligbedden - als vanaf het bubbelbad. Goed bed, prima uitgeruste keuken. Vanaf het huis loopt zelfs een pad naar een klein rustig bijna privé strandje. Erg aardige en behulpzame host. Fijn dat we de laatste dag onze bagage een aantal uren konden achter laten. Vlakbij kan je op de boot stappen naar Dubrovnik: een aanrader!

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !
