Luka et Marina sont d'excellents hôtes, attentionnés et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une belle maison bien équipée. My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

All of the positive comments in previous reviews are spot on. This is great place to stay, spotlessly clean and all exactly as described in the listing. Mihaela was very responsive to messages throughout and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. All of our group agree that this was a great find, probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in and would love to come again and explore more of the area.

Stunning views, amazing host! Thoughtful welcome treat, well-stocked kitchen, plentiful hot water, American-sized trash can (trust me, you'll love having it compared with those tiny European ones). Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, space to stretch out and relax inside and outside. But two things catapult this place to stellar territory: the host and the views. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay via AirBNB messages, offering tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt like he really wanted us to be happy in his home. As for the views, here's the best way I can explain it. One day as my husband and I sat on the terrace debating our afternoon plans, we realized we already were exactly where we wanted to be doing exactly what we wanted to do. The view of the old town never got old, and it changed depending on the time of day and the weather. One tip: Leave your fancy sandals home and pack study sneakers instead. Lots of steps - but so worth that view from this perch!

We visited as a group of 7 people, for my brother's stag. The place was perfectly situation, and the pictures don't really do this place justice, and for the price it really is worth it. You're about 15 minutes in an uber (10 - 15 euros) each away, or 2.50 euros on the bus but more like 20 - 25 minutes on the bus. Just far enough out of Old town that it's not too expensive, but close enough that you can visit very regularly. The place was clean, host very responsive and he even dropped in to say hello and thanks for staying - which was a nice touch. If you walk down the path and turn right, then you are about 3 minute walk from a restaurant, where we had breakfast everyday. All you can eat for 20 euros a go, which wasn't too bad. You have great views of the water, and if you want to do a boat trip (which we did), is very easily accessible from the location. Already looking at the next time I can visit.

Just back from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment. Location is amazing, the location of the apartment feels peaceful yet it is within minutes of everything you need. Lovely restaurants, supermarket, small shopping centre and beautiful beaches. Ideally situated 20 mins by uber or water taxi from Dubrovnik, 20 mins from airport, 20 mins from beautiful Cevtat. Plenty to do and see. Pasko’s wife Katerina was really lovely and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. She kindly brought us extra coffee pods for the machine when I asked where to get some from in case we ran out. The apartment, like everyone has said in previous reviews, is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfortable, also very handy to have a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels. Also worth a mention was the fact they let us check in early as our flight arrived mid morning. We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our stay at Ivana's beautiful property in Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Die Unterkunft bei Peta war einfach großartig! Das Haus und der Pool waren hervorragend – alles war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Altstadt war mit Uber in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar. Petra hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alle wichtigen Details erklärt. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ein Supermarkt war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

This house is AMAZING and has everything you need. Immaculately cleaned on arrival and lovely welcome drinks and food. Great property for a big group or 2 families- lots of areas around the property to spread out and chill. So much to do in the house too. The pool area is the best bit- it was truly magical. The photos of this house do not do it justice- it was much better than we imagined. All our transfers and other requests were met. For future guests - make sure you have a car as this house is quite far away in the mountains- stunning views but definitely need a car as it's not exactly where it is on the Airbnb map. Loca taxi drivers were amazing though. We will definitely return!

Just got back from eleven days, the villa is amazing , Ilija& Maria arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and greeted us when we arrived, we were lucky to be able to get into the villa early (but understand this is not always possible). The fridge was stocked with lots of lovely things so we didn’t have to got to the supermarket straight away and we could enjoy the pool & lovely comfy sunbeds , the villa has everything you need there are lots of little extra touches that make your holiday special. It is a 40 minute walk down into Cavtat but it is well worth with lots of lovely restaurants & cafe bars, we got an uber back varying from 5- 8 euros. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.

Best and cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in my life. It’s remarkable, we walk barefoot in the house and there is no dust. Friendly and helpful host, a surprisingly good restaurant nearby.

I have been using airbnb for over a decade and this is the best house we ever had. Everything was new and from the highest quality and the views are to die for. Ivo is an outstanding host, friendly and quick to respond and solve any problem thrown at him. I would fully recommend this house without any hesitation .

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!
