great house by the park, Fun for the whole family!

Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Hundreds of lakes and streams within an hour drive. 45 min. from dinosaur national park. House has a ring camera on the front porch.

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Basin Staycation

We had an excellent stay with Kiara. The house was perfect for our group, and had so much to offer - including an amazing selection of kids books and some easy kid games like Connect4 and Lincoln Logs (those were a BIG hit with the toddlers in our group). The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The fenced backyard was so nice with kids - they found a piece of chalk somewhere and colored the sidewalk for them. The firepit chairs seemed pretty rough - we didn't end up using the firepit. Plenty of parking which is always SO nice. It's an easy location to lots of places in Vernal. We went to the 7-11 Ranch Restaurant for dinner - which we will NOT recommend or go back to, which doesn't affect this home, but just want to throw it out there. Overall, an excellent home and we will definitely book again on our next trip to Vernal!
