When you're looking for a complete break from everyday life here, you can do it, and everyday things get a new meaning. An electric cabin allows you to be present here and now. A separate summer kitchen on a cliff with the most stunning scenery is a point for enjoyment. Gas stove and grill in use. A bed for one in a barn, a loft in the sauna room and a sofa bed that can be spread out. You'll also have access to a rowing boat and a subboard. A lot heats up for a separate fee. A fire pit on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this home, so please note when booking.

Kulkurien Kämppä

You are warmly welcome to stay at Kulkurien Kämppä, where Saimaa opens directly behind the window. In this cabin, you can see the sunrises from the best spot and you can admire when Saimaa becomes quiet at night. You will also be able to follow the dizzying flight of birds up close and perhaps see a pair of swans flying near the cabin. (NOTE: The cabin in the picture will be moved to another location in the spring of 2025 and will be replaced by two new similar cabins. Don't be confused by the photos, they will change as soon as I get new photos of the new cabins!)

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Welcome to a warm, atmospheric apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in the Far East, under the paper mill pipes. The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbour of Lappeenranta.

The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

Off-grid glamping Spend the night in a spacious 36 m² bell tent on our quiet retreat site in the Finnish countryside. Equipped with 2 comfortable camp beds, extra blankets, mobile LED lights and WiFi on the premises. There are power points on the premises to charge your phone. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna (€10) or a sauna with a pouring session (€15), last round 8:30 p.m. Book a spiritual session and experience deep peace. Sleeping masks are ready for the light Finnish summer nights.

Welcome to Saimaa's Villa Mustikka. The island has beautiful countryside view and epic possibilities to variety of outdoor activities, E.g. cycling, jogging or just wandering in the nature. The Äitsaari is famous of its cycling tours through the island. The island will challenge everyone in its mountaneous road profile. You can also fish in the Lake Saimaa. If fancied, it is not forbidden to just relax and enjoy the lakeside sauna and swimming in the clean freshwater lake :)

The rock house is naturally built from a nearby tree in a natural way. The hut is a warm hut on a cliff surrounded by nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. On the terrace, there is a separate landscape sauna and a glazed atmospheric barbecue hut. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the terrace is glazed. Own well water is potable.

Peace and relaxation by Lake Saimaa

Cottage Kotiranta is located on the shore of Lake Saimaa on Taipalsaari. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so you can spend some time in the spacious yard playing games or observing the birds from the terrace. The cottage's yard is bordered by a beach with a gloriously deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a pier for swimming or sunbathing. You'll have access to a rowboat, so you can fish if you want to. Many guests are delighted with the abundant fish catches.
