At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

Venez vous reposer et vous ressourcer au vert dans cette maison située dans un hameau et faîtes le plein d'activités dans cette campagne dynamique. Base de loisir de Lavalette, Passerelle Himalayenne, Voie Verte accessible à vélo depuis la maison par une voie communale goudronnée, Train à vapeur Velay Express, Putting Golf et nombreuses autres activités sont à proximité. Il y a également de nombreux sentiers pédestres autour de la maison. Logement prévu pour 2 personnes maximum.

The cottage "Les Berges du Lac"offers a nature and coconning atmosphere with panoramic views of Lac de Lavalette. Enjoying a great location, a few meters from the Lavalette nautical base, playground for children and many hiking/mountain biking trails close to the chalet. In order to enjoy our beautiful region even more and the summer temperatures, the cottage "Les Berges du Lac" is equipped with a swimming pool! It will be started for the summer period 2025.

Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

You will have a living room-kitchen with sofa bed (sleeps 140), a bedroom with a 160 bed and walk-in shower. Sheets and towels are provided. Available on request: baby bed, bathtub and high chair. Just 1.5 km from the start of the longest Himalayan footbridge in France

In a green setting, absolutely quiet and by the river, old renovated farmhouse with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom/ shower and toilet, laudable to the bedroom or entire cottage. Numerous activities less than 15 km away (Lac de Valette, Himalayan footbridge, via fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of trout fishing on our 1 hectare land, hens and eggs , donkeys, pony.

Hazelnut House

Halfway between Saint Etienne and Puy en Velay, the newly renovated and equipped house is quietly located in a hamlet at an altitude of 830 m. It offers a wide view of the landscape of the Velay mountains. On 2 levels (83 m2), you will find a dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, bedrooms, small living room with sofa (which can offer 2 additional beds) and a toilet upstairs.
