The ceiling height is low be aware! It is also a small 1 bedroom unit. However every part of it is designed for practicality and comfort. It comes with everything you need and we are here to help you with anything that might come up. Fenced yard and patio are shared with unit 4. Downtown Cheyenne and CFD both just blocks away.

Our one bedroom condo is located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.
