Idyll am See

The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

Experience your mountain vacation in the newly renovated Chalet Berggeist, idyllically located in picturesque Serneus. Enjoy the sunny southern slope with unobstructed views of the imposing Gotschna mountain range. The Madrisa and Gotschna mountain railways can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to a bus stop 50 meters away. After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

The three bedrooms are equipped with a bright wooden wall and a beautiful oak parquet. There is a bathtub, two sinks, toilet, washing machine and a tumbler in the bathroom. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
