The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

The Davos village bus can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes and takes you directly to the ski resorts and to urban Davos (every 30 minutes, travel time about 15 minutes). Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
