Incredible stay and Chain Yess is super responsive. Check in was a breeze and flexible too with clear instructions. The apartment was spacious and clean and balcony is private and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay here and thank you Chain Yee for being so responsive.

Catie’s home is spotless and charming. I especially loved the terrace view. It is an ideal place for a short getaway in JB. Catie is responsive and kind— a wonderful host indeed. Big thanks to Catie and her team!

Our stay at the accommodation was satisfactory. Its convenient location near Southkey Mall was advantageous. The room was clean and comfortable, with particularly pleasing linens; however, the bed's firmness was slightly less than ideal. but overall definitely highly recommended!

This was my second time staying at this unit, and everything was just as advertised - clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement: there are two TVs in the unit, but one isn’t working. It would be better to remove the faulty one as it only takes up space. Also, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted and mainly cooled only the lower part of the bed - my feet felt cold but my head stayed warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Self Check-In was breeze & smooth with very clear instructions. Location is surrounded with many restaurants selling variety of food.

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

Very friendly Host and provided information very promptly. Very flexible and provided updated when home is available. And also provided check-out time promptly on the cleaner entrance time instead of strictly following check-out time. Provided free toothbrush and toothpaste. House is very clean compared to another unit as we stayed 2 different house for 2 different night due to availability.

Very flexible to checkin and checkout, very convenient. Would totally recommend this place. Uncle is very helpful too.

friendly host and allows early check in if available. clean living room and easy check in and out. beside the choked toilet issue everything else is acceptable. many shopping and food option around.

Herman and Kayden were really responsive. Always friendly and approachable when we asked questions. Very helpful in local restaurant recommendations. The rooms are great. Clean and nice . Toilets are stocked with shampoo and body foam.Just sofa bed in the hall a bit torn and old. TV - no netflix or Disney or other channels. Not smart TV. Only local and SG TV channels. That is the only thing that needs improvement. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended!!!!

Good location, Ksl mall and other restaurant around there. House was decorated well, cozy and clean. Check in instruction clear and easy. Recommend this place.

I would say the place is wonderful. Maybe its due to the Hari Raya festival around the corner, we enjoy the fireworks at the balcony. Non stop of fireworks. :) Bad point Firstly, they don't actually provide towel. They do have some towels inside the cupboard but we didn't use it, as it doesn't look like towel. Secondly, the floor is very dirty. As i have 2 kids with me. Cleanliness is important for me as they keep running around and then climbing onto the bed. Makes the linens dirty even after washing their feet it is still dirty. We had to force the kids to use their indoor slippers even though it doesn't fit their little feet. Things to note: 1. WIFI have to ask from them during the check in as they don't state in their instructions. 2. Swimming pool is at P7 3. Do request for parking lot before checking in. Overall, its a good accommodation except for the dirty flooring
