Villa holiday rentals in Larnaca Bay

Loved our stay. Very spacious and clean. Host answered all queries very quickly. Shame there was building work going on so closely and a building sign blocked some of the magnificent view. Local site restaurant had shut down just before we arrived but we were able to take a short stroll to the neighbouring site restaurant. I enjoyed a spa treatment on site and the staff were lovely. We seemed to be adopted by a local cat which joined us when we relaxed out by the pool. Will definitely book again.

We loved our time stay in this beautiful villa. It was pure luxury. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved that each bedroom has it own bathroom attached. The garden and pool area are stunning and perfect to sit and relax while taking in the gorgeous view of the mountain range that changes with the light throughout the day. The villa is located in a quiet street but still walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket. If you have a car take the time to explore the area as there are many historical sites, villages and wonderful beaches. High recommend staying here.

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

Beautiful villa, bright, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was really well equipped with Kerri providing milk, tea bags, bread and water on our arrival. In fact Kerri, the cohost, could not have been more helpful or kind, even meeting us at the airport and taking us to a supermarket on the way to the villa. She went out of her way to be helpful and we really appreciate it. The pool and gardens are gorgeous with several places to eat and we enjoyed the gym equipment and pool. Beds are comfortable and the living room is comfortable with multiple TV channels. This area does need a car. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest place to eat and the nearest supermarket.

We had a great stay at Frank’s villa. It had good amenities and we did a barbecue dinner. The pool area is very relaxing and the lounge area next to it is a great spot to spend the evening with friends. Definitely recommend. Its in a good location, private villa complex, and the beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car away. We hope to come back soon.

Maria is one of the best host you’d ever meet! Very very friendly ans pleasant to speak to. The villa was great. Had ABSOLUTELY everything. Like even things you wouldn’t think an airbnb villa can have. Great amenities if you’re travelling with a baby. Our 8 months old daughter enjoyed it so much. From basic ones like baby chair for etc to all the toys and even skincare 😁 i wish we knew that so we could travel very light. Very very close to the beach and it’s truly amazing. 3 supermarkets nearby. We did enjoy cooking and using the grill outside. Highly recommend 💚💚💚 Thanks again!!!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Eve gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen Dizem Hanım'ın ilettiği konum ve fotoğraflar sayesinde evi bulduk. İlk gece evde büyük bir örümcek gördük, yakalayamadık ancak tekrar karşımıza çıkmadı. Ormanın içinde bir ev olduğu için örümcek, karınca, kertenkele görmeye alışmanız gerekiyor. Evin önünde bir cadde olmasına rağmen araç seslerini nadiren duyduk. Yan taraftaki evde tadilat başlamak üzereydi, bu da bizim tatilimize denk gelmediği için şanslıydık. Eve 7-8 dk uzaklıkta Alpet'in karşısında bir dolmuş durağı bulunuyor. Buradan Girne Merkez'e kişi başı 55 tl'ye gidilebiliyor. Kervansaray Halk Plajı'na gitmek için de bu dolmuşları kullanabilirsiniz. Bindikten 5 dk sonra Halk Plajına yürüme mesafesinde iniyorsunuz. Kervansaray Halk Plajı Stone House'tan 25-30 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bunun dışında Escape Beach Club ya da Çıkarma Plajı da eve oldukça yskın. Bahçede bol bol limon var :) Sabahları sizi siyah beyaz bir kedi ziyaret edecek. Beslemeyi ihmal etmeyin :)

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The place looks exactly like the photos and is a walking distance from many restaurants, bars and the beach. Kyriakos and his family were extremely responsive and always on hand to help us with any questions. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we’d love to visit again in the future!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. Great villa with an absolutely fantastic view from the garden (and pool) and very good service (with a personal touch). We have been in this area many times but this was one of our favorite villa’s so far.

Wir hatten erst Angst, dass die Villa nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern ist. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht sie ist wunderschön es gibt einen super Service alle drei Tage circa kamen Putzkräfte die Handtücher ausgetauscht haben geputzt haben und die Betten gerichtet haben. Das einzige Manko war, dass manchmal das Wasser in der Dusche etwas gebraucht hat, um warm zu werden.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Pobyt w domu Viktorii był cudowny. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, czysto, piękny dom i cudowny basen w którym można swobodnie popływać Kontakt z właścicielką cały czas, wspaniała pomocna osoba. Polecam! Okolica cicha i spokojna, prywatność zapewniona. Do tego czekały na nas napoje, świeże owoce i zakupy na śniadanie bo dotarliśmy na Cypr późno w nocy. Dziękujemy ❤️

Absolutely fabulous pool and out door area for a family to enjoy It's worth hiring a car but only £15 euros into Aya Napa if you want to go out out We requested a high chair and cot for our 9 months old grandchild and they sorted it out for us no problem The beds were changed for us also pool was cleaned 2 times while we were staying. They let us pay the deposit in uk pounds and gave it back to us in full no problem Highly recommend I would defo stay again Thanks so much Christina for helping us for all our needs

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Meerblick und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe und Idylle liebt ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben. Alles wat sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Danke, Ernesta, für den großartigen Aufenthalt in der "Villa Votsalo". Alles war perfekt: Die Lage der Villa ist sehr ruhig (das belebte Agya Napa ist wenige Kilometer entfernt) und hervorragend: Von der Terrasse hat man einen guten Blick auf das Meer und ein wunderbarer kleiner Sandstrand befindet sich 2 Minuten fussläufig von der Villa entfernt. Wir konnten mit Bikini/Badehose direkt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln in der tollen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser hinüberlaufen. Auch weitere tolle Sandstrände befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Die Villa ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Phänomenal ist der private Swimmingpool, der nach Wanderungen wundervolle Erfrischung bietet. Die Kommunikation mit Ernesta, Antonis und dem Concierge Despina war hervorragend: Es wurde stets unmittelbar auf Fragen geantwortet. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!!!!
