The location of this place is excellent—everything you need is within walking distance. Margarita was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and perfect for a short stay, whether you’re a couple or a solo traveler. The neighborhood isn’t the quietest, but it didn’t bother us at all. One of the best things is the great value for money—the price is really reasonable compared to many other places in Larnaca. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in Larnaca!

Der Gastgeber, Herr Tasos, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und jederzeit bereit zu helfen, es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit ihm trotz der Sprachbarrieren. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, es ist sehr hell, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand von Finnikoudes und der historischen Gegend von Larnaka, auch ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei mit allem, was Sie brauchen, wie zum Beispiel hat eine Theke von Salaten, Wraps, Sandwiches und heiße und kalte Getränke. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, den Marktplatz (samstags kommen die Bauern, um ihre Produkte zu verkaufen) und den Busbahnhof, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung von Herrn Tasos ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Perfect location, clean bright apartment with accurate listing. We had a great stay.

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing location—perfect for our group of four and close to everything we needed for the week. A suggestion that could make the experience even smoother for future guests: - A second set of keys would be helpful, especially for groups. Overall, a wonderful place and we’d stay here again! Very convenient- although a fair bit of street noise- but not too bad. Central and near beaches/amenities. As with everywhere in Cyprus, parking can be a problem. It is not expensive but you do need to have EURO CASH for nearly all the machines. Car Parks are 24/7 nd street parking is only 1-2 hours so you need to locate somewhere that will allow you to stay overnight

Nagyon komfortos és otthonos volt a szállás és rendkívül kedvesek voltak. Élmény volt nála megszállni és nagyon szeretnénk megint náluk vendégeskedni ha Cipruson járunk. Mindenképpen ajánlom.

Giovannis was a great host. Very helpful and always responded swiftly. We had a great time in Cyprus the apartment has everything that u will need even, the location is very nice, the view is very pretty and it’s 10 min walk from the sea! I highly recommend Giovannis’ place

Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Alex ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super nett! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Sauber, einfach und sogar viel mehr in der Unterkunft als angegeben, zb Hygiene Artikel. Ich denke aber auch das es einige Gäste da gelassen haben. Es gibt dort super viele, süße und zutrauliche Katzen. Wir haben sie immer gefüttert und es war echt immer schön morgens aufzustehen und die Miezen standen auf der Terrasse und haben uns begrüßt. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn auch alle super freundlich. Nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man direkt zum Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, was sehr gut war da wir viel mit dem Auto auch unterwegs waren. Das einzige was uns nicht gut getan hat, war die Matratze, die war schon etwas sehr hart. Ich würde eine Unterkunft von Alex sofort wieder buchen, sollten wir mal wieder nach Zypern her kommen. 10/10 danke Alex!

Výborná lokalita – v centru, pláž doslova za rohem, restaurace a obchody hned u ubytování, vše snadno dostupné. Ubytování odpovídá popisu, bylo čisté a dobře vybavené. Hostitel reagoval okamžitě na všechny zprávy, komunikace byla skvělá. Rád se sem vrátím!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war unglaublich sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben – durchdacht, liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut komfortabel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

Wir haben uns in Sophia's Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wie auf den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der tolle Außenbereich. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wir konnten viel von Zypern sehen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe sowie einen Supermarkt, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sophia ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft sehr schnell bei allen Anliegen und Anfragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und grüßen Sophia herzlich Tobias und Nicole

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place, 5 minutes from the beach and a lot of great restaurants

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

Everything was perfect we throughly enjoyed our stay there. Yes its not so close to the beach, if you have a car and your wanting to explore Cyprus its really not an issue. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Thank You
