The host was very polite, the apartment as described and the neighborhood very peaceful.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. The location was convenient and quiet. Overall, a good experience – I would stay here again.

Her şey gayet güzeldi. Tayanç Bey konaklamadan öncesinden itibaren ulaşımı nasıl gerçekleştireceğimizle çok ilgilendi. Ertesi gün gelip bizimle tanıştı. Sürekli bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Ulaşım, alışveriş, gezme, yeme içme vs. hakkında bilgilendirme yaptı. Evde ütüden, çamaşır makinesine, wifi den deterjanlara, tuvalet kağıdından çamaşır askılığına kadar her şey fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü. Etraf son derece nezih bir muhitteydi. Rahatsızlık duyulacak herhangi bir şey yoktu. Bisiklet kiralama yerinde Kıbrıs'a ait hediyelikler bile vardı. Market ise hemen binanın karşısındaydı. Havuz da binanın diğer ucundaydı. Denize 5-7 dak. mesafedeydi. Etraf oldukça temizdi. Herkes temiz tuttuğundan mıdır yoksa belediye sürekli temizlediğinden midir bilmiyorum ama gayet temizdi. Plaj da bile wcler oldukça temizdi. Denize girerken ve girdikten sonra çoğunlukla bazı yerlerde büyük kayalar haricinde her yeri kumdu. Oldukça memnun kaldık Tayanç Bey'in evini kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

Karşılama konusunda yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi ve konaklamamızı çok rahat hale getirdi. 🌟 Sessizlik, huzur ve güzel bir atmosfer arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

Hilal’s was an amazing host she was very helpful what ever time of day. The property was clean and comfortable. WE WILL BE BACK

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

Marcus is a very responsive and punctual host. He entered into my position and gave way to the dates that were convenient for me to rent an apartment, he helped me a lot in a difficult situation. I will definitely recommend the villa to all my friends. The pool and the view of the city are simply mesmerizing

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

Susan is a very helpful host, she is there whenever you need her. The place is amazing , specially if you have kids its the best place to stay, there is lots to do, great cafes and restaurants , lots of pool options inside the resort makes your stay smooth and easier. We enjoyed everyday of our stay .

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. İlk olarak tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Evdeki her şey yepyeniydi. Manzara harikadıydı ve balkonda çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak hem denize hem de sur içine çok yakındı. Hemen yakınında marketin olması da büyük avantajdı. Dündar Bey sorularımıza anında dönüş yaptı. Çok kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca oldukça güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Gökmen bey çok ilgili ve candan bir ev sahibiydi.Evin konumu çok güzeldi

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Gastgeber. Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. An der Kommunikation war nichts auszusetzen und die Anlage war noch schöner als auf den Bilder! Hier stimmte mal alles :)

Le logement était impeccable , super propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement accessible. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise ! L’hôte a été très réactif et nous a très bien aider a chaque question , ce qui a vraiment rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
