Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Larnaca

Bellissimo soggiorno nella casa tradizionale di Tochni. George ci ha accolto e spiegato come funzionavano i vari ambienti. Sempre presente per chiedere se serviva qualcosa o dare consigli. Molto prezioso. Ambienti puliti, tranquilli e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno. Ottimo per una vacanza con la macchina. Tochni è a pochi minuti dall'autostrada e baricentrico rispetto a Larnaka, Limassol e Nicosia. Un posto bello e tranquillo con due ottimi ristoranti. We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

A nice modern place, the bed was comfy and was something bigger than a standard double - which if you have stayed in greece before you will know this is unusal. I actually felt there were more amenties than were described. The host was very helpful with suguestions of where to go and with extra pillows. We couldnt get the TV to do anything but we werent bothered enough to ask why as it was our last night when we tried. I would make sure you take earplugs if you are disturbed by cockrels doing their thing at dawn (or what they thought was dawn) because they were pretty close and very enthusiastic, it didnt bother us and is very common anywhere in rural Greece. It's up a shared driveway with a private gate and parking behind that. The patio with a nice breeze looks out over olive trees, happy chickens, ducks, a turkey and the sea - which is very close. There is also an friendly relaxed giant guard dog looking after all the birds who we very much enjoyed making firends with.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tryfonas war absolut großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Ausstattung und die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Tryfonas war ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. a great stay in a beautiful village with wonderful people

Christos and Maro were very accommodating and responsive and helpful with any queries I had during my stay. The house is pleasant place with a homely feel, it was clean and the hosts provided me with milk and eggs for my arrival which was very helpful as I arrived at 3am from my flight and wouldn't have had time to shop for breakfast. They also kindly brought around extra binbags when I needed them and some homegrown apricots which were delicious. Thank you.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön, gut gepflegt, sehr sauber, beste Lage direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig. Alles nötige war vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war das Bett mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze und sogar orthopädische Kissen standen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit auf dem Balkon sowie am Strand, was vor allem von Einheimische besucht wird, verbracht. Es gibt sehr gute Lokale in der Gegend, zu Fuẞ erreichbar wo man zu fairen Preisen gut essen kann. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen um die Insel zu erkunden und die Lage war dafür sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Elif lief reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

Nagyon komfortos és otthonos volt a szállás és rendkívül kedvesek voltak. Élmény volt nála megszállni és nagyon szeretnénk megint náluk vendégeskedni ha Cipruson járunk. Mindenképpen ajánlom.

Non posso che confermare le eccellenti recensioni di chi mi ha preceduto, l’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, completo di tutto e in posizione perfetta con comodo parcheggio. Haig è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questi appartamento!

Der Gastgeber, Herr Tasos, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und jederzeit bereit zu helfen, es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit ihm trotz der Sprachbarrieren. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, es ist sehr hell, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand von Finnikoudes und der historischen Gegend von Larnaka, auch ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei mit allem, was Sie brauchen, wie zum Beispiel hat eine Theke von Salaten, Wraps, Sandwiches und heiße und kalte Getränke. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, den Marktplatz (samstags kommen die Bauern, um ihre Produkte zu verkaufen) und den Busbahnhof, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung von Herrn Tasos ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This is a gem apartment in a quiet and peaceful street, 10 minutes walk away from the boardwalk and all attractions. Georgia and her family were super responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped for anything and everything one might need for a short or long stay. The only downside is that the apartment is very cold if the temperature outside is lower than 15 degrees. Luckily there's a small radiator there to keep you warm. Highly recommended, would stay again!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

Paula’s place is absolutely beautiful - lovely apartment building overlooking a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the square. The place is in pristine condition, excellent AC and facilities provided were all top notch. As a host Paula was so accommodating, friendly and highly communicative she guided us from the airport using the very easy public transport system and was attentive to all queries. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Paula!

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

First of all, the location is fantastic — just a short walk to the main promenade and the beach. Nearby, you'll find the Church of Saint Lazarus, a local market with fresh products, shops, restaurants, and an affordable parking lot (only 2–3 Euros per day). Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Demetris was an amazing host — very helpful and welcoming. He offered airport transfer and even gave us a short tour of the area. There was no problem with changing bed linen, towels, or even swapping the mattress when I found it a bit too soft for my taste. The only downside was the smell inside the wardrobes, which wasn’t very pleasant. We also used the air conditioning once, and unfortunately, the smell coming from it wasn't great either. Other than that, the apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended!
