Villa holiday rentals in Larnaca

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war super. Wir waren eine Woche da und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und es ist eine gute Umgebung um joggen zu gehen. Man kann auch gut zum Strand und die Stadt erreichen. Immer wieder gerne! 😊

good place

We had a great stay in this villa, plenty of room for 6 of us and bedrooms were good size. The welcome pack of food was a great touch. Very easy handover at start and finish

Aris was absolutely fabulous, helped us even prior to arrival with things such as car hire companies. He was waiting with a big smile and gave us a full tour and recommendations of places to visit and eat. The house had everything we needed, from a chess board to a washing machine. It’s a home from home. The location of the house was perfect, we pretty much had that section of the beach to ourselves. He even came over and taught my brother how to make a traditional souvlaki on the barbecue provided. Aris was very keen to hear what needed improvement or things he could add, but we struggle to find anything. Thank you so much Aris! We had an amazing time in your beautiful home x

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Thank you and looking forward to staying here in the future.

Tony is a fantastic host. He was patient and very helpful during our entire booking process and stay. The villa is fantastically located only 100 steps from the sea with a fantastic pool and new outdoor furniture. The villa has everything you could want from new washing machine and fridge freezer to microwave and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Bonus of house alarm made us all feel safer during our stay.

Dom piękny, widać że ma swoje lata ale i tak warto ponieważ klimat jest niepowtarzalny. Super kontakt z gospodarzem, piękne widoki. jedyny minus to brak sklepów i restauracji w bliskiej okolicy. Decydując się na ten obiekt najlepiej odrazu wynająć samochód, ponieważ poruszanie się taxowkami, boltami się nie opłaca. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Stelios was excellent – friendly, easy-going, and incredibly helpful throughout. A real pleasure to deal with. House, Views and pool were amazing.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Einer der besten Airbnb, was wir bis jetzt hatten. Die Villa sieht von Außen richtig schön aus. Parken ist an der Straße oder auf dem Grundstück, unter dem Carport, kein Problem. Von Innen genau so schön. Große Küche, Esszimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer, mit einem Tv ( haben wir garnicht genutzt, waren nur Draußen im Garten). Der Garten ist super. Großer Pool, Sonnenliegen, ein Grill. Nichts hat man vermisst. Garten ist auch gut umzäunt, dass man seine Privatsphäre hat. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Kilma, was gerade im Sommer sehr wichtig ist. Essen über Wolt zu bestellen hat super geklappt. Diana war immer super freundlich und hat auch in der Anfangszeit gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Hatten auch das Glück, dass wir erst um 16Uhr aus-checken durften, statt um 10Uhr :) Die Straße hört man wirklich, wie in der anderen Bewertung genannt. Aber mit Ohrstopsel geht es. Auch ist eine Bowling Bahn in der Nähe, wo man die Leute hören kann, gerade am Wochenende.

Καταπληκτική έπαυλη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Το σπίτι αυτό το θέλω για σπίτι μου! Τέλεια διακόσμηση,άνετοι όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού με υπέροχο τζάκι και πισίνα. Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά και είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν ακόμα και καφέ. Η Άντρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική για ότι χρειαστήκαμε ακόμα και για το που θα πηγαίναμε για φαγητό. Είμασταν μεγάλη παρέα με παιδί και περάσαμε υπέροχα! Αυτο το σπίτι αδικείτε απο τις φωτογραφίες. Εχω έρθει και καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

We had a quiet relaxing time at Alan‘s beautiful home, Costa was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We warmly recommend this place for families and friends

La maison est typique de la région, bien rénovée, super jolie. L'espace extérieur avec la terrasse couverte, les bougainvilliers et la piscine est fantastique. La maison est divisée en 2 logements de 2 personnes. Comme on était 3 on avait tout l'espace pour nous seuls.

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.
