To access the house, you have to climb a staircase from the parking lot, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Beautiful ocean view for a good relaxation

We guarantee a very cozy house, with a wonderful view of the sea and a priceless tranquility that makes for a relaxing vacation. It is a safe place, with a very good atmosphere as well as the neighborhood, in addition to having access to a private beach The house is well lit and has a taca-taca and everything you need to enjoy. The house can only accommodate 4 guests. If there are more than 4 guests, an additional fee will be charged. The place has parking for 1 vehicle only.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.
