We designed our beach house for a large FAMILY: up to 14 occupants! And it is equipped accordingly. It is ideal for two FAMILIES since the bedrooms are grouped two on the ground floor with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with a door and two others with a full bathroom on the upper floor. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated into a spacious environment with two expanding terraces that allow you to choose both sun or shade as well as breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has two separate bedrooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides maximum independence. The house is for 5 persons, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and a pool. Full kitchen with washing machine. The beach and downtown is nearby the house.
