Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Lajas

We stayed for 5 weeks from Jan 27-Mar3. On Day 2 I booked for next year - that tells you how impressed I was with Mariajose and Diana's place. It is beautiful - exactly like what the pictures describe. There are so many wonderful pools in the complex and the beach is spectacular. You can literally walk for miles at low tide. The cliffs and caves as you walk along the shore are so interesting to look at. There is a restaurant on the site and one that you can walk to at the next complex Rio Mar and several others that are a short drive away. It was very quiet most of the time with most of the visitors being from Canada and the United States. On weekends Panamanian familes would come down and it would be a little busy but other than Carnival when it was extremely busy and people were partying it is normally quiet and very laid back. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax you won't be disappointed. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property last weekend with my family, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. Dimitrios was exceptionally helpful, consistently respectful, and always maintained a positive and proactive attitude throughout our stay. The property itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained. The location worked extremely well as I have children and the pool was at walking distance. Every detail in the apartment reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we created wonderful memories during our time there. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious, pretty view from the balcony, stocked with appliances for kitchen use, washer/ dryer very helpful. Overall, great place to stay, especially off season when you can get all pools by yourself! Initially, we did not have entry cards that you need to get to different places in the building but it was resolved promptly by staff on site.

Comfortable apartment, very well decorated and equipped, impeccable cleanliness, easy to find, the building is structurally conditioned and in its staff, similar to a hotel, this makes the entry and stay very safe, comfortable, most residents are older North American people who are very calm and respectful, the building is in front of the beach and has 2 pool areas, one on the 4th floor and the other on the first floor or ground floor as they call it in Panama, the latter has direct access to the beach, the gym is well equipped and has a simple but entertaining game room. The sector is very quiet and peaceful, many elderly people live around and there are no discos or clubs which makes it a place to rest and disconnect.

This place is really great: the perfect option to have peace really close to the city. We had 3 nights in Michaels place and we didnt want to leave. Tha place has a full kitchen with plenty utensils and a good internet connection, which is really important to us. The view and the place in general is something to recommend.

This is the perfect getaway. Stepping onto the property feels like stepping into a magical storybook. The babbling brook, gorgeous chalet, and cozy surroundings were perfect for our family getaway. The only thing I think would have improved it would have been hammocks :)

Irene was a wonderful host. The place is beautiful, with a green area that was perfect for my dog. There are two lively cats on the property, but they’re dog-friendly and don’t come inside the house. It’s an ideal spot for couples and very close to downtown. If you like to cook in the evening, the kitchen is well-equipped. Just a heads-up—there’s no TV or microwave. This is a true escape, and we loved it. Let me know if you want it to sound more casual or more professional!

I had a great stay at this house! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was extremely polite, flexible with check-in, and always quick to respond to any messages. I really appreciated the smooth communication and overall experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Adrien is an amazing host and his place was by far one of the most nicest places I've ever stayed in. It has so much privacy and right on a very secluded beach. He had fresh mangoes waiting for me after I checked in. He was always responsive no matter what time. Thank you again, Adrien for an amazing stay!

Chantal was a wonderful and extremely responsive. Her apartment was nicer than the photos and the view from the windows and balcony were beautiful. Not sure how different things are during the dry season, but our visit during the rainy season was peaceful and relaxing. Had the rooftop pool and lower deck pool to ourselves, paired with serene walks on the beach. Encounters with residents in the building were pleasant and the building’s staff were warm and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

Andy's place is great. It was easy to find, just off the main road in Coronado. The apartment is perfect for a beach trip - steps to the sand, as well as pool options to soak up the sun. Andy is a top notch communicator, responds in minutes to any question you may have.

Dora Lilia was a super host! The place is wonderful with a great ocean view and a warm beach to stroll down or go surfing. Her restaurant recommendations were superb and the cleanliness and location of the apartment was perfect. During the day you could enjoy any of the 3 swimming pools in the property of go for a swim in the warm waters of the Panamanian Pacific coast and at night you can dine in any of the nearby restaurants recommended by Dora Lilia. We were serenaded at night with the wonderful sound of the waves. We’ll definitely go back to Palmar and fully recommend the place and Dora Lilia as a super host

The condo is perfect. It has everything you need and everything listed on the amenities. Beth and her team are quick to respond with answers when requested. We have stayed in the same complex before but with a different host and on a lower floor so we knew what to expect in terms of surroundings but being on the 19th floor made the views even more breathtaking. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to restaurants and other attractions like hiking. We will return to this complex again because it is perfectly situated. And we will stay with Beth again because it was a lovely experience.

Eugenia's place is a fantastic destination for a getaway. The proximity to the ocean makes the experience truly magnificent. This is our second time staying at her place, and we hope to return again. The apartment is simply wonderful, equipped with everything one might need during their stay.

Everything in this accommodation is 10/10. The apartment and the host are🔝🔝🔝. The apartment is divine, everything is super comfortable, we called the kitchen the "atomic kitchen" it 😂 had EVERYTHING! Super complete, impeccable, the furniture, the dream terrace! Everything is divine! Buenaventura is amazing, you have access to all the Beach Clubs so you're going to have a great time! 1000% recommended!🫶 Thank you for everything, Joaquin! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Malakai's apartment. The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish yet cozy, and it truly feels like a home rather than a standard vacation rental. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, right down to the full set of cutlery and kitchenware. The furniture and decor are far from the typical touristic setup—they're inviting, comfortable, and clearly chosen with care. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at ease. Highly recommend!
