Holiday houses in Las Sombrillas Beach

Perfect location on the border of Miraflores and Barranco, on a nice quiet street one block from the Malecon, also situated between two nice parks. First time in Lima, and after being here for several weeks, I couldn't have picked a better spot. Great host and building staff as well!

Zo’s place is in a great neighborhood for walking to food and drinks and is very close to ocean views and parks, too. We even walked from the apartment along the coast and all the way to Kennedy Park in Miraflores. The apartment is adorable and charming decorated with fun decor (it looks better than the pictures). The water was hot, the kitchen had basic necessities, and there is plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. Zo is also accommodating and responds quickly to messages. A few things to note that some people may care about: The beds are firm and so are half the pillows. The neighborhood is fairly quiet throughout the week although the sounds of a busy city are constant (shutting the bedroom doors helps!). During the weekend the neighborhood is very active, the neighbors had a party on Saturday and the local bars are playing music. Consider earplugs or melatonin if you need help sleeping through such things. There is a Dunkin and Starbucks down the block.

Increíble alojamiento! Muchas gracias nuevamente a los hosts por todas sus atenciones. Lograron resolver un pequeño inconveniente con la cerradura de la puerta, y por ello nos sorprendieron al regalarnos la noche. Esto demuestra su profesionalismo y el cuidado que tienen por sus clientes. Definitivamente volvería porque es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y súper lindo! Solicité mantas adicionales por el frío y me las dieron sin problemas. Recomendado por 100% ❤️

We had a very comfortable stay at Maria Elena’s! The view from the beautiful living area and the location are top notch. Everything functioned perfectly making the stay relaxing. Grocery shop within a 3 minute walk was extremely convenient. Doing laundry was effortless. We slept great here and enjoyed our time so much!!

Great place in a fantastic location! The unit itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Alejandro and Tania were very accommodating! The suite is in a basement so it was a little cold but they were nice enough to bring me a little heater. The curtain in the bedroom does let some light in because they keep the courtyard lights on outside the apartment so we needed face masks. Bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the couch is hard and small. So we had a hard time relaxing comfortably in the living area. Other than that we had a great stay. 🙏🏼

El departamento es nuevo e impecable. Cuenta con electrodomésticos ideales para cocinar de manera cómoda y completa. A pocos minutos caminando del centro turístico y las vistas IMPRESIONANTES. Tiene un balcón muy bello para observar la costa el mar y la ciudad de Lima. Muy seguro el barrio con seguridad y portería muy atenta. Utilizamos el gimnasio y disfrutamos mirando series en un televisor enorme con un sonido espectacular. El Wi Fi funciona rápido y eficiente. Saúl fue muy atento, nos ofreció su asistencia en todo momento y lo mejor, nos permitió un súper late check out ideal para adaptarnos al horario de nuestro vuelo. Las sábanas y cama, impecables. Gracias Saúl! Volveremos pronto a Lima esta ciudad maravillosa y más aún con esta estadía inolvidable.

Qué GRAN EXPERIENCIA! Desde el momento de reservar hasta el momento de mi salida, Joel y Johana fueron muy receptivos, pudieron ayudarme en todas y cada una de mis dudas, su amabilidad y dedicación hizo de mi estadía muy placentera. El departamento es único en su totalidad, han pensado para que cada espacio de este Duplex se sienta de maravilla. La calidad que tiene este alojamiento va con el precio sin dudarlo. Mi lugar favorito, fue la piscina. Por un costo extra pudieron temperarla para mi y estuvo más que perfecto, realmente era lo que necesitaba para despejarme y relajarme. Si piensas hospedarte en Lima, esta ubicación es una de las mejores que podrás encontrar. Se encuentra frente a los mejores hoteles de lujo, pudimos tomar un delicioso desayuno en el Hotel Internacional que se encuentra justo al costado del edificio y tener el C.C Larcomar al frente hace que tengas todo al alcance de tu mano. Estoy a la espera de hospedarme en muchas más ocasiones..
