This is an excellent property that is secure, well maintained and an easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The condo had all the amenities listed , showers with hot water and comfortable beds. Vanessa did a great job keeping us updated and answered our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying here on future visits.

Shaira's place was super clean and a great space to vacation! She was a great host and proactive about things! There are not many restaurants close by except the one in the complex but the food takes awhile to come out, so be warned! Otherwise, the location and Shaira's place were perfect!

for the price, definitely worth every penny. the location is great, plenty of space. it was raining a lot, unfortunately, so we spent quite some time inside or on the terrace. the kitchen is really well equipped, which is not usual for an AirBnB. I really liked the place, congrats Matina and Lola.

My stay was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, with a perfect location to move around with ease. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Hosts were also very responsive and were quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again

Tony’s place was wonderful. Lots of space and a beautiful terrace. Very comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen and linen closet. Very relaxing area!

Recommended for anyone that likes to be right next to beautiful beach and best restaurants in Las Trennas. Fantastic spot.

All guests: Look no further, this home is a real gem! I'm used to using Airbnb, and I can say without hesitation that Irene is an exceptional host. Warm, attentive, always available and impressive. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, even sharing her best tips for discovering the region. The accommodation is impeccable: quiet, clean, bright, very well-equipped and above all secure, you immediately feel at home. For Bachata enthusiasts, the location is ideal: you are a few minutes' walk from the best dancing spots (Mosquito, Babylon, Etno, Los Kikis, Totem). And on the nature side, you're surrounded by sublime beaches where you can enjoy a piña colada facing a dreamy landscape. This stay exceeded my expectations. Go there without a second thought!

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

highly recommend this apartment if u want to enjoy the city life of Las Terrenas but without hearing the noisy street. It's a perfect location where all is walking distance. The complex itself is rather new and beautiful

one of the most BEAUTIFUL places we’ve stayed while traveling around DR. Communication w/ Alexandra was quick & responsive. The home was stocked up w/ all necessities & even gave us extra towels & even had drinkable water which other places we’ve stayed at didn’t offered. Rooms were cool w/ their AC & convenient with the attached bathrooms. 10/10 !! My in-laws fell in love w/ the place & we’ll definitely be coming back. MIL was only sad bc the only thing missing was coffee. Aside from that we don’t have any complaints & hope to come back soon !!
