We must not forget that just below the house you have direct access to the beach, and also the best urban promenade (listed as such by numerous media outlets) 6km long. One of the most striking things about the house is that from the double bed, you can only see the sea. Therefore, your sunrises will always be with the Sea in the background without the need to get up. Also, due to the height of the building, you have total privacy. To give even more privacy to this room, an opaque electric blind has been installed, which is operated by remote control, and which allows that if any of the guests sleeps on the sofa bed, they do not see what happens inside the double room.
