Ghost Sign Suites #1, 1920s style

A large, two bedroom apartment on Sherbrooke Avenue West, short distance from downtown, near the new super hospital and many great restaurants. The unit is a classic Montreal design from the 1920's with 9 foot ceilings, new windows and doors, original hardwood floors and is completely renovated with a new bathroom featuring a skylight above the shower and heated tile floor. The brand-new kitchen has a heated tile floor and all-new appliances including a dishwasher. During the renovation last year we discovered the "ghost sign." It's an original painted advertisement originally outside before the construction of our building, circa 1920s. We exposed this mural keeping it in its original format and framing it as a design feature. The apartment has a fresh, open feeling and is relatively quiet for a nearly-downtown location. On the top floor of a three-story building with stair access only, there is wi-fi included, plenty of free street parking (mindful of the no-parking times) and a nice residential neighbourhood to explore, built just after the first world war.

Beautiful , bright apartment located in the heart of Cote de Neiges near the mountain (Mount Royal). Studio 1 full bathroom, It is a 10 min walk to Cote des Neiges village with plenty of great shops, also a 10 min walk for Cote des Neiges metro on the blue line and a 7 minute bus ride to Guy metro green line. Bus Stop 1 minute away located on a beautiful street Free parking on our driveway but limited. There is plenty of free street parking as well.

"C'est la Vie" apartment in a residential area!

Quiet accommodation, located in a quiet residential area! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a king bed and double wardrobe, as well as a fully renovated bathroom! The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.
