Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

On the edge of the forest of Othe, our cottage is a renovated dovecote of the seventeenth century, in the heart of a small authentic village, 10 minutes from Sens, its cathedral and its museum. Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory stores, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to accommodate travellers wishing to relax in peace (cottage located in a private lane)

15 km from Saint Florentin train station, 45 minutes from Sens and 10 km from the Vulaines toll, I invite you to come and relax at my home in a cozy farmhouse in the heart of the Othe forest. The cottage part of the accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and toilets on the upper floor, on the common landing: a bathroom. On the ground floor, a common room: kitchen, living room, dining room with fireplace. Free parking and garden available. Possibility of yoga classes.

Located on the 2nd floor of a building, it consists of two bright and cozy bedrooms, a warm living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. A laundry room on the ground floor consists of a washing machine with a location for your bikes. You access the accommodation with a key box that is located towards the door of the accommodation.
