Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is in the portion of a farmhouse I own, simple, cozy, with a large garden, located in the open countryside between fields and crops, 3 km from Cascina and the FI-PI-LI highway, (Pisa 20 km), also easily accessible to Florence, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano. Great for those who love the countryside but don't want to stray too far from the comforts of the city. The house, completely renovated, is on two floors and the apartment at your disposal is on the 1st floor.
