Really cozy spot in the middle of the peaceful Juarez neighborhood. The open space layout is very modern whilst the Mexican decor and wooden furniture made this place warm and comfortable. Very easy to walk to Roma Norte and the shops and restaurants there

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time visiting NOLA and we were on the fence about renting a car and ultimately had no need— this location is great, easy access to the street car/bus stops and super walkable to Magazine st and st Charles. The shower water pressure isn’t the strongest I’ve ever experienced, but it gets plenty hot and I personally love the character of a clawfoot. The record player was a thoughtful, classic jazzy touch that started our mornings off great! Thank you Caliope, hopefully we’ll be back soon!!!

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

It was our first time, and the experience was very nice. I really didn't know how it was going to be because it was our first time doing this, but my family and I loved the place, the super relaxing pool, especially the view towards Galveston Bay, very beautiful and what I liked the most, that you can fish all day. And also the apartment is super comfortable, it's big enough for the family, my children and I loved everything, they had fun in the pool, and fishing all day and they loved everything. We had an amazing time staying at Rocio and Alberto’s home in Mexico, easily a 10/10 experience! The house was spotless, cozy, and in the perfect location; everything we needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and bars to shops and cultural sites. Rocio and Alberto were incredible hosts; very warm, and responsive. One night, after a little too much fun, we accidentally left the key in our friend's car. To make matters worse, my phone died so I couldn’t even call him back, thankfully, I was able to download the app on my fiancé’s phone and reach out to Rocio and Alberto. They came to let us in without hesitation, and we were so grateful for their kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

What a phenomenal host and hidden gem! Cannot recommend enough, we had such a great time here. The location is perfect, very central to get around everywhere. The flat is exactly as described and everything I had hoped for :)

This place is awesome! Right in the heart of the city on Main St so everything is in walking distance. The host explained everything and the place was very nice. This will be our spot everyone we come back to visit.

Very close to the esplanade, incredible view, only if you are people who cannot climb stairs, I do not recommend it as there are several floors to climb but the view when waking up and the terrace are incredible

I had a great stay! This loft is convenient to the airport, grocery stores, amazing fruit stands, exquisite restaurants, and Disney! The home is beautiful with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the dressing room! Perfect for my needs as I am a bit high maintenance lol! Must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs with ease.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it will certainly not be the last. The place is quiet and very nice, and the host is always attentive to messages. This last time, the place where we had to park our van did not fit because the person in front of us felt that it was too far out, and for this reason we had to leave the vehicle outside and the truth is that I did not like it so much, but I think that this is not her fault, it is more the other person's fault when they parked. Anyway, we left it outside, as the area is good, we had no problem. I just wanted to clarify it. We loved staying here, it is a very nice airbnb and it totally matches the pictures!👏🏻💘

Loved my stay I was fortunate enough to have stayed in both units which are upstairs n downstairs from one another me personally I like the 2nd floor better then the 3rd floor mainly because the restroom n where the TV is located but other then that they’re both beautiful lofts host is very responsive location was peaceful and clean and it shouldn’t be to far from anything you wanna do definitely would rebook

The place is right in the heart of the walled city, ideal for going out to dinner at night. The bed is very comfortable and the room is completely quiet and, despite the outside heat, the room is always kept cool.

This place is exactly like the pictures! Much bigger than expected. Everything was clean and ready for us, there was enough of everything from toilet paper to towels for two people. There’s a beach that’s about 7 minutes walking, there’s a few things near by that you can walk to. The further things were always 5-15 minute Uber rides, so pretty easy to get around.

Great place for a couple or 1 person. Looked just like the picture. I have booked a single room with no window but if you go on the rooftop you can get an amazing view. The staff at the front desk were always attentieve and when we needed something they did deliver this. Furthermore, great area with a lot of restaurants, street foods, bars and clubs. I would definitaly stay here again

I stayed here for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place in Playa del Carmen.

The place is super cozy, it's great that there are cafes and restaurants nearby and apart from that you can walk to the esplanade.

The place is 10/10, good space, comfortable and very nice. It has everything you need, the area is quiet and close to a square and many businesses of all kinds. To get there, I recommend that you have your own car, since the streets are uphill. Jorge is always attentive, I highly recommend him and the apartment.

Fábio's apartment is very well located, very close to the subway, and easily accessible on foot to several points in the city center. Everything was very clean. The mattress is a firmer type, so for those who prefer softer beds, it may not be as comfortable. The accommodation in general is very good, I would stay again and highly recommend it.
