Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Latvia

This is our second time staying at Maxim’s — the first for almost 2 months, and now again for another three. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-suited for long stays. The kitchen has everything you might need — from an oven and dishwasher to plenty of pots and pans. We especially enjoyed having tea on the balcony — there are two, both with comfy chairs, which makes it extra cozy. The lawn in the yard is always neat and freshly mown, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The area is calm and safe. A beautiful, tidy forest just a short walk away. It’s only 5 minutes to the sea — perfect for daily walks. Public transport (both bus and train) is just a few minutes away on foot, and there’s a store nearby for groceries. Maxim is a great host — always easy to reach and helpful if anything comes up. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys quiet, nature, and comfort.

Perfect stay! We usually book hotels but so glad we went for this Airbnb as it was more than perfect. Located opposite Riga Cathedral and just a 5 minute walk to House of the Blackheads one way and easy walk to Freedom Monument and the best coffee shop (Rocket Bean) the other. Above a bar but very quiet, safe building and very clean & quiet. Apartment had all we needed, very comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen facilities & good sized fridge. Air con was very good. Would 100% return again.

Fijne plek. De locatie is vlakbij het centrum. De kamer was netjes en de bedden waren goed. Fijne voortuin. Onze reis was wat onvoorspelbaar, maar dat was geen probleem. De sleutel zat in de deur en we konden meteen naar binnen. En we kregen heerlijke honing uit eigen tuin.

Great apartment, close to local public transport. the exterior of the building is fantastic and is a great place to stay for a short break to Riga. All the amenities you need were provided and beds were comfortable and clean. Would recommend. Thanks to Lolita and Tom.

Уютная квартира с тремя спальнями недалеко от центра Риги. Хозяева - приветливые и отзывчивые люди, всегда были на связи. В квартире есть все для комфортного пребывания (включая посудомоечную машину). Однозначно рекомендую.

Nice location, walkable distance to the city center. Apartment looked the same as on the pictures. Very clean and ready for the guests. Easy to access and find. Was very easy to communicate with the host, flexible check-in and check-out times. Very good impression overall.

We had a great stay in Inesa‘s flat. Andris was super friendly, waited for us with umbrellas to show us where we could park our car and accompany us to our flat. He had good ideas about what to do in Riga 😊. The flat war small but had everything we could ask for. Highly recommended 👍🏽😊

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. It was so bright and thoughtfully furnished, and a really well-designed flat. The furniture was comfortably great and it was a peaceful place to chill out. We spent a week in Riga and the surrounding area, and although we were out much of the time, the flat was a welcoming sanctuary at the end of the night and we slept very peacefully. It is quite an easy stroll from the 22 bus (under 10 minutes) and we did get a 5 day tram/bus pass, but barely used it as everywhere is pretty walkable from the flat. Found some lovely bars further out and didn't venture into the old town much, so we will have to return to explore more. The parks were great and plentiful. We caught the train to the beach and the wonderful long boat back along the beautiful river. We also caught the train to the forest one day and did a walk there. Loved Riga and this is a perfect base.

Atdaucīgi saimnieki un patīkama uzturēšanās.

Perfect place for kids. The owner provides a baby crib, toys, and a potty. There is a balcony where you can dry clothes. We were a family of four, with two children aged 1.5 and 3.5, and a small dog. Everything is clean and tidy. The owner is very helpful and friendly. If I ever come back to Riga, I will definitely return to that flat. Recommend 100%.

The place was close to buses running to and fro to the city center and old town. You can also skip the buses and walk to explore more of the place. We enjoyed our stay,it was nice and comfortable. Will be sure to book the place again when we visit Latvia again. Thank you. 🙂

Super vieta, iesaku ikvienam! Līdz jūrai 10 minūtes ar kājām. Dzīvoklis jauns, svaigs. Ir stāvvieta, ļoti pārdomāts check-in, nav jātiekās vai vienam uz otru jāgaida. Ir arī pagalms, kurā ir spēļu laukums un nojume. Iesaku ikvienam. Dzīvoklis ir salīdzinoši dārgs, taču katra centa vērts.

Todo correcto. Lugar tranquilo al lado de la estación de autobuses. Instrucciones precisas y muy amable el anfitrión.

Prima plek! Goed bed, goede douche. De hal ziet er slecht uit, maar het appartement is nieuw.

Мы снимали комнату в двухкомнатной квартире. Все понравилось. Тепло, чисто, опрятно. В кухне есть все необходимое: посуда, плита, микроволновка. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг. Предоставлялись полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа. Очень приятные хозяева, всегда помогут, если есть какие-то проблемы. Хозяйка подробно рассказала, как найти кафе, магазины, остановки общественного транспорта, музеи. Дом находится в 20 минутах пешком от ж\д вокзала.

Sergejs is a wonderful host! He was always responsive and very helpful with accommodating our check in and check out. He gave great local advice about places to go and things to do. One of the best hosts we have ever had! The AirBnb had everything that we needed and the other tenants were very lovely and respectful. We would stay again and highly recommend!

I actually booked Stanislav’s place twice. On one of the evenings I had to cancel last minute because my flight was delayed for 18 hours. On both occasions Stanislavs was extremely proactive. Check in instructions were very detailed. Plenty of suggestions on what to do in Riga courtesy of materials placed in advance in the room. Stanislavs also checked in with me prior to my arrival and after my arrival to make sure everything was on track. I arrived at 11 in the morning and Stanislavs allowed me to check in early. This place has a washing machine and detergent available as well. Location wise very convenient just one stop bus ride from the coach station and walkable from the train station. One final remark is this unit is on the fourth floor of an old building and may not be for you if you have heavy bags. This is however made clear for everyone on the airbnb listing beforehand.
