A comfortably compact yard includes a main cottage approx. 70m2, a summer oasis and a sauna cottage with a shower, water toilet, wooden sauna, and a separate living room. Large grassy and patio areas in the yard. The cottage is on the shore of fish and clean Leppävesi. Kid-friendly, low beach, pier. A rowing boat is free to use. This is where you conveniently combine cottage and city break. You drive to the center of Jyväskylä in about 20 minutes, the nearest golf course (Peurunka Golf) is about 15 min.
