Holiday rentals with a kayak in Laurel

First, I was Lost in words with the stay I had but I give it a 6 star if I could and everything she has said was on point and when I check in, it felt like home and very clean and everything was just so close! Anybody looking for somewhere to stay i definitely recommend it!!!!!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

We just loved this place. It was as advertised and more. The house was well stocked with the essentials and more. Ample supplies of TP, Tissues, Paper towels soaps linens, dish & clothes washing supplies etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the applainces, coffee maker, mixers, etc. Plastic wrap, bags, foil etc. as well as a nice selection of spices, oils & vinegars ( something you do not see in most rentals.) The beach supplies were in great shape. We used the kayaks several times as well as the bikes. There were bike tools, a tire pump, dog walking buggy - all in great shape . The location was terrific in a nice neighborhood with lost of old growth live oaks & easy access to the beaches & restaurants. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Would rent again. I had the perfect mini vacay with the grandkids and friends! so many games and activities. beautiful place, pool, and close to the beaches. Thank you Brian. We had an awesome time. Can't wait to return

Lisa was so helpful! The place was beautiful and larger than it seems from the photos. We wanted to go fishing and I asked her about using a rod left by the kayaks and she brought over 4 fishing poles. It made for a great weekend. Highly recommend.

After a busy few days in Washington and then the Space Centre, we were looking for some downtime. Lovely house, well equipped and pool was gorgeous. We enjoyed looking out over the water and watching the sunset. It was so quiet we truly relaxed. Appreciated having the mall and restaurants within a very short drive. Seemed like lots to do within reasonable distance but it was hot and we were there to relax so we did nothing! You won’t be disappointed with The Harbor House!

We loved Lotte’s place:) we came down from Tampa for a quick getaway and it was incredibly comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Lotte was very kind to let us bring our dog too. The home is located really close to all the fun things to do in Sarasota (smugglers mini golf, whimsy art galleries, lido beach, mote aquarium were our choices!) We were unfamiliar with the neighborhood but were blown away by how charming and lovely the immediate area is- stunning homes along the bay front- we had a really fun time strolling around with our dog- everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere was really relaxed and the foliage and gardens were beautiful. We even got to see a couple of neighborhood owls in the evening.

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Thank you & we will be back!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

This is the second time we have stayed at a place Amy is the host for. She is wonderful to work with and her cleaning staff is amazing and always offers their assistance if they see you during your stay. I highly recommend booking with her. This has been our favorite location yet and we have stayed at several between Englewood and Fort Myers over the years. Very kid friendly too!

John did all he could to make our stay wonderful in his absence. He has a great caretaker who hosted us since John was on vacation, was willing to help us with kayak rentals since he wasn’t there for us to use his, had the nice bicycles ready to ride. Sorry we didn’t get to meet him and Carmen in person; they seem as wonderful as their caretaker! Had pastries and delicious bottle of wine for myself and a treat for my husband, who is not a wine drinker. Caretaker met us and gave us an orientation as soon as we arrived. Was available for anything we needed throughout our visit and had lots of connections and ideas for outings. Grateful for laundry, beach chairs, cooler, comfy bed, recliners, lanai, and all the help and generosity offered during our weeklong stay!
