Private lakefront escape on a quiet no wake cove at MM38. Calm waters, spacious dock with gas lit dining table, high dive, kayaks, lily pad & lounge chairs to relax the days away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed porch & nature surrounded views from the hammock, wood fire pit & hot tub. Each of the three bedrooms includes its own ensuite bathroom & there is an additional half bath for guests. Plenty parking at driveway or in lower lot. Everything you need for the ultimate lake getaway!

The cabin, we call "The Cat House", is located on the quieter side of the lake, so you can avoid a lot of the massive boat waves and hustle & bustle seen in other areas. It is located on the 47 mm of the Osage. It has a private dock with two slips and 2 PWC lifts. It is perfect for a small family or small group of friends that want to relax and enjoy the view, fish or swim.

A welcoming porch features a vibrant green door and wooden decking, surrounded by natural greenery. Two comfortable chairs are positioned for relaxation, enhancing the inviting entryway to the house.

Home built in 2021 with all amenities you could want. Spacious living areas, great for families or groups - private baths for each bedroom and plenty of dining and outdoor space for fun and entertainment. Outdoor fire pits on the point and patio. A very unique property sitting on a point with incredible views onto the main channel two directions. Great set up for swimming, fishing, or hanging out watching games on the dock. 2.5 hours from KC, wifi all around the property.

A modern kitchen features white cabinetry and granite countertops, complemented by stainless steel appliances. A spacious wooden island with seating is highlighted, illuminated by a chandelier with hanging bulbs. Natural light pours in from a nearby window, enhancing the open and inviting layout.

Amazing Full View of Cove - Privacy - Relaxation

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
