It is a great place for an overnight pit stop or as a base to explore all the Midcoast has to offer. Such a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location opposite the river. The accommodation had everything that we needed, was extremely clean & well maintained. The bed was very comfortable & fitted with lovely bed linen. Wendy & Stuart (sp) were wonderful hosts, quick to respond if we had any queries from the moment we booked right through to when we left. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was wonderful. We’ll be back!!

We had a fantastic time - thank you Katarina! The place was very nice inside. It looks as though it has been recently renovated and well-thought through. We also really enjoyed the veranda. We'd sit out there and have a cup of tea in the morning and enjoy a drink in the afternoon. The lake would change through the day and a big sand bar would emerge at low tide. The waterways are amazing at North Haven and there are excellent walking paths around many of the townships. Our only disappointment was not booking for longer!

Such a magical place! The cottage is tucked away in nature, full of flowers, birdlife, and even a herb garden we were welcome to use. Ashleigh and Jarrod were incredible host-very kind and welcoming. We spent a few peaceful nights here and left feeling truly refreshed. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing stay! Beautiful sceneries both day and night — magnificent stars and awesome sunrise. Could even catch glimpses of milky way. Chanced upon 2 wallabies in the morning! House is squeaky clean and cosy to the bones! Appreciated the detailed instructions to the property as the drive up after sundown was a little challenging. Also did not manage to try out the pool, but it seemed really inviting!
