The Casita de Alexander is exactly as described: cozy, family atmosphere, well located and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The second room has various toys, making it easy to stay with children. The chek-in was easy and quick, with the collaboration of Mr. Hostillo, always friendly and available. Casita is 18 minutes walk from Grumarim Beach, where I usually stay and where one of the best acarajés of Lauro de Freitas - Acarajé da Jully is located. The place is quiet. The pool is pleasant. In the vicinity, there are markets, restaurants and a mall, being easy and quick to arrive with your own car or app. Alexander was friendly and attentive all the time. I will certainly return with my daughters!

My stay with my son was wonderful!! The space is indeed as described in the posts. Alexandre promptly answered my questions and it was very good to be in Salvador. The location is great, the beach is super close and there is a club in front where you can have lunch or dinner. The neighbors are helpful. It was very good!! 😊

I had a great experience on this Airbnb in Salvador! The location was great, although a little distant from the Carnival circuits, access was very easy with Uber transport. The host was super attentive, always available to give transportation tips and beaches, as well as being extremely gentle in relaxing our check-in, which made all the difference in our arrival. The apartment was super comfortable, with two rooms the same as the ones in the photos. The shower had hot water, the kitchen was equipped with excellent accessories for those who like to make their own meals, and the pool was affordable, perfect for an afternoon of sunshine. I highly recommend!

The stay in place was excellent. Luana gave us very clear and objective instructions before we checked in, and it proved available if we needed anything. The site was with flawless cleaning and a very good organization, fully matching the photos of the listing.

You all set with hosting. The wifi password was not on the modem and the double room has no air conditioning, only the single room. Otherwise, I recommend the accommodation.

Super recommend the accommodation, space exactly like the photos, Álvaro super helpful and kind, sent me a message informing me of extra bedding and sheets, touring tips and carnival. Building top, with a gym and laundry (with washing on the outside), but more into account than the others. Nearby Market and Beach at 100m. Amei Salvador and will definitely be staying with Álvaro.

our stay was great! we love the apartment. we miss some things, especially in the kitchen, such as sieve, board, and pans more suitable for the available cooktop. we also miss the extra bedding and a clothesline, because it was a beach place, it became difficult to dry out the clothes. In general we love the stay, everything clean and very close to the beach. We do not explore nearby establishments.

Excellent apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Great outdoor area, complete kitchen with all the utensils necessary for our comfort. Excellent shower, air-conditioning in all rooms, which helps a lot in the heat of Bahia. Natan was super kind and attentive at both Check IN and Check Out. Very close to Buraquinho beach only 3 min walk.

Áurea is an excellent host. This is always the orders, takes care of the property very well. The apartment was impeccable, had nothing to complain about the property and its service. I highly recommend the apt of Dona Áurea and if everything goes well we will be returning as soon as possible.

Quiet estadia, apartment top as but photos, all working perfectly. Two large supermarkets near the condominium. The garbage was collected daily at its door by the condominium employees. I recommend and I will definitely return to stay again.
