Holiday rentals with beach access in Lausanne District

Great location for a peaceful stay. The beach is around the corner, the view from the balcony is perfect. Appartment very well lit because of the big balcony, with a lift. Benoit was very helpful , even with the luggage. :) Only minus point, the kitchen and the sheets could have been a bit more clean, we had to buy a scrub because we couldn't find one. Otherwise perfect. Thanks a lot Benoît for the stay.

The welcome was warm and the communication with Gabrielle very easy, we felt at home, always good advice and very responsive to messages. The location was ideal for getting around Lausanne and its surroundings. Thanks again for this long stay!

I was pleasantly and wonderfully surprised by my stay. Stéphanie is an exceptional host. She is caring, generous and very kind. The apartment is in the heart of Lausanne, it's great! The room is impeccable, clean and comfortable, with original and very neat decoration. I would highly recommend it!

I enjoyed a super stay at Mojdeh’s place! I’m only sad it was just the one night for work in the area! Mojdeh made me feel instantly at home and it was very convenient and practical to make myself a cup of tea and use the facilities. Mojdeh is a wonderful, natural host and I’m so happy I came across this gem which was just perfect to get me to a job the next day. I would warmly recommend her beautiful flat and you will be superbly looked after if you choose to stay there!

Thierry is a very friendly host and full of anecdotes. The bedroom has a very large comfortable bed, a TV, an incredible sound system, a sofa and access to a terrace that overlooks the front of the building. The neighborhood is very quiet and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The city center is not far either but it goes up... :-)

This is a great place if you work at EPFL, located about 15 minutes on foot. The studio is well equipped, with an en-suite kitchen and bathroom. It's not the great luxury, but the value for money is really good. Tejsir is a very responsive and kind host. My only criticism is cleanliness: the space could have been a little better cleaned, with some dirt on the floor and on some dishes. However, I highly recommend this place and will happily return if I come back to Lausanne. Thanks for hosting Tejsir!

Christine's place was very beautiful Christine was also very kind. The items that were provided looked a little old, but they worked well enough. The accommodation is much more charming and beautiful than the photos. The view of the accommodation is also so nice.

We had a fabulous stay at Barbara’s place, we really enjoyed having Apero in the garden and the watching the kittens play. The apartment is gorgeous and very relaxing, just a short walk to the beach where they have bbqs you can use and paddle boards you can hire. Would definitely recommend.

Dear Jerome, thank you for hosting us. Your house is stunning and as described by your photos. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities. The check in instructions as well as online house manual were so helpful.. you have everything organised so well for your guests. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed feeding the cats. They were no bother and in fact bought a special experience to our stay. In terms of location, the house is in a beautiful setting right on the peaceful marina, within walking distance of a bakery, large Migros, restaurants, the aqua park, train station and Swiss Vapeur park. Fantastic place to stay and visit Montreaux and surrounding villages. Estela met me and showed me how to get around her place and gave me the Riviera card. Very peaceful and homey, I loved it and highly recommend!!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far
