Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lauttasaari

Overall, I highly recommend it. Most importantly, Pavel, the host, knew what travelers needed and prepared carefully. Location: Pavel's house is located in a residential area a little far from the city center. It seemed to be a new city area with many newly built apartments. It looked like it was far from the center of Helsinki on the map, but it didn't feel far because it took about 15 minutes by tram from Helsinki Station. If you're planning to visit Aalto University to explore Alvar Aalto's architecture, the location of this property would be perfect. Communication: Pavel is a proactive communicator. He answered any questions within 10 minutes and also recommended nearby amenities and grocery stores. There was no difficulty with self check-in. Building: The house was spacious and clean, so it was nice to stay. It was good for a family to use with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet. It was a structure of entrance-shower room/toilet-guest room-kitchen-living room-2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, so it was easy to cook, and I was able to use the fridge, basic oil, salt, etc., and it was nice that they even provided coffee! (There was a coffee machine and a moka pot) Nearby amenities: Ridl is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not a small mart, but it wasn't diverse enough to buy gifts and souvenirs. It's good to take a walk and go.

Anna and her place are truly the best. Anna went above and beyond by helping us navigate how to get to her apartment and greeting us upon arrival. Her apartment is also really well stocked. It was a quiet space, close to beautiful parks and playgrounds, cafes, and tram stops. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband, toddler, and I. Anna really went above and beyond hosting us. She answered all our questions in a timely and friendly fashion. She even reached out after we checked out to let me know that I left my jacket there, and then met me in town to drop it off. Truly one of a kind. Much thanks, Anna!

We had a wonderful stay at Pekka’s. A perfect location for exploring Helsinki - on foot or with transit. And a beautiful and comfortable home to return to each day. And the sauna was a great feature!

Great apartment and convenient location for our purposes. Everything well organized and clean. The sauna is a nice feature, but doesn't get very hot, and the steep climb to the upper bench is somewhat dangerous for older people. Otherwise all great.

Great place! Easy access to the train station. Lots of small touches to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hosts were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodation. Had just enough cookware to make meals, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the windowed balcony. Easy walking distance to most everywhere and this is a great value for the month. Excellent use of space in the apartment. Black-out curtains would have made it easier to sleep for those of us not used to continuous daylight. Definitely would recommend staying here. Antti would probably have hung black-out curtains had we asked, as he will do whatever he can to make the stay perfect.

I absolutely love this apartment, the neighborhood, and its surroundings. The place is clean, full of natural light, and in walking distance to everything. Päivi is a thoughtful host with excellent communication. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Good accommodation for a family of 5. A peaceful milieu and a very quiet environment. It is easy to get around the place both by car and by public transport.

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

Sonja is responsive host who makes your stay easy and stress free. Information about the stay was comprehensive and clear. Very clean place with everything you need. Easy route to metro. Definitely would recommend.

Saara’s place is fantastic. The view is beautiful, the unit is comfortable and cosy and it is easy to get to via public transport. The sauna and pool are amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We had a pleasant stay at Kusti's. It's located in a nice quiet residential area and the unit is well-equipped.

Where do I start with this one? Amazing location, within 10 minutes from the center or the port. Easy to find, spacious, modern and squeaky clean apartment. And the host, Matias, was ready to offer help at any given time. This was an amazing experience, 10/10. Ihana.

Lovely stay! Very convenient location when we came in two cars and got both free parking in the yard, easy to get around with public transportation, lines constantly went. Communicating with your host seamlessly, the response was always quick. A group of six, with two young children staying really comfortably, the playroom was very fond of the toddler.

Nice appartement with kitchen, garden & sauna (1 usage included). We liked to sit outside in the evening and we enjoyed the sauna with wood fire a lot. Wifi worked fine. The hosts reacted fast and helpful to questions.
