We really enjoyed our stay! It felt very comfortable like we were at home, it wasn’t too far from things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt right at home. I was able to work in the corner office nook. It was the perfect place for my laptop while my husband slept in the bedroom. Great place for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host, they were so helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel reassured. The place is lovely and the check in process was so easy and not shady at all. Really good people and very accommodating. Would come back again.

I can’t say enough about this place. Literally fell in love with it. Super clean, location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This was a last minute choice and was the best decision. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive. The recommendations for sights and food are something I will definitely be back for. I literally felt at home. The bed was so comfy! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

even though I had to call the host to figure out how to get in the parking garage, that's mostly from me coming from a small town to the big city and he was nothing but professional and friendly guided me through the process. the apartment itself was very clean. very cool. the area is pretty decent. I really enjoyed how responsive the hosts were, the location and everything about it.

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

Great location—within walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and shops, and very close to the highway. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and the mattress was excellent, which really made a difference. Strongly recommend!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

I had a great stay there. The surrounding community was very nice. We were free to use the pool and the gym. The condo itself was very clean and pristine. Highly recommended.

Very easy check in and instructions. Was a bit worried about communication with host as had issues in the past with others, but this property host was very punctual in response time and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This rental is outstanding. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The back porch is overlooking a beautiful and clean courtyard that looks like a town in Italy. Our host was responsive and answered any question we had! We will definitely be renting this place again in the future. Everything we needed was nearby….target, Starbucks, gas, great restaurants, and scenic walks!

Wow. Gorgeous home with all the amenities!!! Every detail is thoughtful and curated and host was extremely responsive. Only thing missing in the house was wine glasses. But we made do. Would love to stay again. Five stars all around.

The space is great! Please be mindful of parking space in the driveway. This is shared with the neighbor. The Neighbor will have an issue with this and make sure not to park in front of her house either. She didn’t come out friendly at all but we knew that we didn’t come to someone’s else property and not treat it like our own. Respectful and class will always be shown. The property accommodated our family. The host was in contact with us the entire time. Jay answered all questions and made it easy. Checking in and out. They had more than enough towels in the laundry room cabinets and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. I overall loved it and follow the rules given and it was no problems. Definitely recommend again for family or work event.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. We were in town from Houston for a family event and this place was the perfect location for us. We appreciate that this home is dog friendly as well. Any request that we had was made possible by Emilio. He is one the best hosts I have came across on Airbnb. Also got some of the best sleep of my life there are as the sheets and pillows were SOO comfortable. You can tell there was a lot of work put into this place. We will be back!

After a horrible experience at another Airbnb, this home and the amazing John and Sviata saved my daughters 21st birthday! The house was exactly like the photos, immaculate, beautifully designed, and smelled fresh and clean. Every room, bathroom, and the kitchen cupboards were spotless. The pool with waterfall was peaceful and pristine and they even provide pool items. The home theater was a perfect bonus for a relaxing evening with a great screen and lovely sound! The hosts were kind, honest, responsive, and made us feel truly cared for. I would gladly pay what we paid again, worth every penny! To say that this property turned our trip around would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived to the home, we felt a sense of relief. If you want to truly relax and enjoy, you need to stay here! It exceeded every expectation, we left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Thank you, wonderful John and Sviata, for your honestly and hospitality, you turned our trip around!

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean and quiet. Easy to get to. Walmart, Target and other shops nearby if you need anything.

Absolute perfect location for visiting my farmers branch family. Two minute walk to the pool/water park, volleyball courts, dog park and recreation center. Peaceful neighborhood. The house was great. Every room was spacious and airy and the air conditioner had no problem keeping the house cool. The house also smelled nice and clean. Lots of original artwork. Plenty of different areas to relax and lots of space for the whole family. Kitchen had everything we needed. If you plan on cooking a lot, you may need to bring some pots. There were plenty of pans but only 1 pot. Lots of cool coffee gadgets. The bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are sooo comfortable. Only one room has a TV so just be mindful if you are a family that needs tv to fall asleep. We absolutely loved staying there and felt at home immediately. Before we even got to the front door, the cat Mags greeted us at our car. The girls loved having a cat friend for this vacation. We will absolutely be back again!!!
