Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Relax on the deck with a book borrowed from our bookcase & enjoy an evening drink while the light changes over the Old Man Range to the north. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Experience beautiful Ettrick and the wider Central Otago area in this peaceful and private self-contained rustic cottage. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.
