Diana’s reviews are definitely 100% real. She is really just a kind person who happens to have a place you can stay! She was so sweet. Immediately after booking, she reached out to say hi. She asked what we like to eat in the mornings so she could have some small food treats there for us. I had some questions about traveling to Barbados in general (currency questions, etc.), and she was so helpful. Our plane was delayed a day or so and she was flexible with us. She greeted us upon arrival. Showed us how everything worked. Offered recommendations and conditions during the trip as they came up. The stay itself was clean and comfortable. It’s right off the beach - beautiful and peaceful. The home has a rolling gate where you park, so it felt very safe and secure for me particularly. There is a bit of sound from a local bay/bar but didn’t affect our sleep because we sleep with headphones/ear plugs. There also was a dog barking from another neighbor but again, did affect us sleeping. 10/10!

Nice spot of the area. Not near any big hotels. Nice walk to the grocery store and a few bars and restaurants around. Also close walk to the beach. If you want a calm place and not big hotels and restaurants, this will be great.

5Stars I had a fantastic stay at mercys place! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and they were very accommodating with check-in and local recommendations. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made the stay feel like home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great house. Peaceful. Very well stocked. Lovely patio. It was nice seeing the monkeys in the morning.

As previously mentioned you might be a bit worried about driving past the electricity station, but the apartments are set back and have a large private garden and you do not see the power plant. You walk onto the beach directly from the house and can access paradise beach which is so quiet . The rooms are large and airy with well equipped kitchen. There are two shower rooms and large comfy beds with air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all rooms and large private terraces leading into the garden. Judy was so responsive and helped when we locked ourselves out of the safe. I would come back again in a heartbeat and am loathe to share this great spot. We did have a car, but you could manage with local buses, and once in the complex, you can just relax.

The Sandbox studio was the perfect vacation accommodation. The place was clean, the kitchen was well supplied, the bed was big and comfortable, and we're super glad there was a washer and drier. It's the perfect size for a couple or small family. The outdoor property is beautiful, with flowers and a lot of outdoor seating options. The place also come with access to kayaks, goggles, life jackets and more. And the best part, you are right on the beautiful Brighton Beach!! The waves are calm enough to swim and it is very quiet. Stephanie was a wonderful host. Very easy to get in touch with her, and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect for our taste, quiet but just enough restaurants and a grocery store a 10 minute walk away. We hgihly recommend K's Rotis. We did not rent a car and found it easy to catch buses and ZR vans on the main highway. We plan to always stay here whenever we are in Barbados!!

The place was amazing, for 2 weeks was our place and loved it. Súper market is really close and the parking spot is perfect for having a rental the whole trip. I’ll 100% stay again.

Denise was a delightful and discreet host. Friendly and courteous. We were given a thorough explanation of how everything works, from TV, WIFI to Air Con etc. Everything worked well. The overall impression of the residence was one of great space, light and colour. The interior is white including the tiled floor and the high ceiling (which shows the timber structure superbly). If you like a feeling of space this is made for you. Denise has a great sense of colour with certain walls brightly painted. There is also a bank of cupboards with plenty of hanging space and drawers. There is a kitchen and table with chairs on the lower level, again not in the least bit claustrophobic. Be aware that it is not close to shops etc. These however can be accessed easily by car or by foot if you feel inclined! The view of the coast is breathtaking so you can sit back with a cool rum cocktail and take it easy.
